Biden’s Ghost Shake

At the end of his speech on the supply chain, Joe Biden turned around and stuck his hand out as if to shake hands, but there was no one there.

Biden also ridiculously claimed, “I’ve been on a lot of university campuses — as a matter of fact, for four years, I was a full professor at the University of Pennsylvania.” He was no professor, though he was named to an honorary post and paid $776,527 by the University of Pennsylvania, mostly for speeches. He never taught any class.
