Re: The Racist Nashville Manifesto
“I’m betting the leaker will be ID’d quickly and severely punished, whereas the SCOTUS leaker and person who placed the bombs at the DNC and RNC sites on January 6 will remain anonymous forever, even though I’m betting those names are also known.” —Minnesota
Re: ‘From the River to the Sea’ Is Jihad, Not Peace
“Does Islam or Arabic have a word for ‘gratitude’? How easily they forget that NATO, along with overwhelming U.S. support, stopped the genocide of Muslims by Serbs after the breakup of the former Yugoslavia with massive airstrikes on Serbian heavy weapons and infrastructure.” —California
Re: In Brief: Hamas Is More Trustworthy Than Joe Biden?
“Now that we all know that the hospital bombing was really the ineptitude of Hamas, I’m curious to know where all the supposed victims came from. Were they from previous encounters? Were they using some of their ‘shields’ by putting fake blood on them? Were they actually physically harming their ‘supporters’ to make it look really bad? Were they using already dead people for dramatic effect? I haven’t seen this anywhere in the press.” —Utah
“Our nation’s founders believed that a thriving democratic republic depends upon a moral citizenry and that religion is necessary for morality. This had been universally believed and espoused by many, chief among George Washington and John Adams. Is it any wonder why those who seek to fundamentally transform the USA into an authoritarian socialist state attack our Judeo-Christian heritage and its followers as obstacles to their divisive agenda? The future of the USA depends on a strong stand of religious believers and a return of the many who have fallen away from the beliefs, values, and traditions that once made us an exceptional and great nation.” —Florida
“You know the whole world is in for some very rough times with total morons like her. Giving Kamala anything technical to get involved with is asking for trouble. It’s like giving a toddler a loaded gun. What can possibly go wrong? If you can think of any one thing that she could mess up, she probably already has. God help the world with total fools like this having any kind of power. Case in point, look at her total failure of being the border czar.” —Arizona
Re: Rough Seas Ahead for Offshore Wind
“Apparently people can’t remember Obama’s crony green energy loans led by Solyndra. There were at least 38 companies that got money, and over half went broke after one year. One solar panel company in Colorado left a toxic dump that cost taxpayers $40 million to clean up. Rush Limbaugh wrote in his newsletter before his death that Germany had spent $230 billion on wind turbines, and 1/3 of them would reach their end of life by 2024. Germany and Europe are in trouble.” —Minnesota
Re: A Lonely World
“‘Loneliness,’ like ‘friendship,’ is qualifiable, not quantifiable. It’s not about the number of ‘friends’; it’s about the quality of friendship. If it were just numbers, celebrities would never be lonely. Our public image is never our intimate self-image. We guard our self-image, displaying our most vulnerable attributes only to persons we trust. We must trust them to guard our self-image and to still love and respect us. Even after that, we conceal ourselves until we need their help: to overcome weakness, calm anxieties, validate our value. Since the Internet breeds more deceit than trust, Internet-poor cohorts (e.g. China) are LESS likely to be lonely. A survey of ‘loneliness’ via the web is not just ironic; it is dangerously obtuse.” —Missouri
“Regarding the FBI raid on Eric Adams’s chief fundraiser: The timing of this raid was obviously deliberate in order to get President Biden’s most vocal Democrat critic of his border policy out of DC at a critical time. Whether or not there is merit to the scrutiny of Mayor Adams’s fundraising practices, this sure looks like another example of the Biden administration wielding the FBI as a political weapon.” —Arizona
“Emmy Griffin’s quote about pornography is right on the mark. The Democrats and talkingheads in the MSM attempting to justify pornography as ‘ethical porn’ are the same folks condoning rampant drug use and addiction as partaking in ‘recreational drugs.’” —California
