Ten Commandments Monument Toppled
Vandals strike again.
Yesterday we noted the vandalism of a monument to Ronald Reagan. Today, the news is that the Ten Commandments monument near the U.S. Supreme Court building was toppled by vandals. The 3-foot-by-3-foot, 850-pound granite monument is located at the headquarters of Faith and Action, a Christian outreach ministry, on a street facing the Supreme Court entrance used by the justices. Vandals pushed the monument over and replace it with a “For Rent” sign. Fortunately, the monument wasn’t otherwise damaged.
