Caution on Iran

It'd be "diplomatic malpractice" to take unnecessary military action, says John Kerry.

Oct. 7, 2013

Regarding Iran, Secretary of State John Kerry last week declared, “[I]t would be diplomatic malpractice of the worst order not to examine every possibility of whether or not you can achieve [peaceful denuclearization] before you ask people to take military action or do what you have to do in order to prevent something from happening.”

We recall Mr. Kerry was pretty quick to jump onto the military bandwagon regarding Syria. Of course, then, it was necessary.

It's Right. It's Free.
