Man Follows Biden’s Shotgun Advice, but Charges Now Dropped
Joe Biden once advised that semiautomatic rifles aren’t necessary because you can always get a shotgun. And if someone threatens your home, you can always indiscriminately fire through the front door. Or take that “double barrel shotgun and fire two blasts outside the house,” he said. Whoever it is will undoubtedly leave. Last year a Washington man followed his advice, firing two shots into the sky when he saw thieves trying to break into his car. Unfortunately for him, Biden’s advice was pretty dumb. Imagine that. Initially charged for the incident, however, prosecutors announced they are dropping the primary charge and will only hit the man with one charge of obstructing a police officer. It’s almost a pity we won’t get to see the Biden Theory of Self-Defense tested before a jury.
