Last month, Democrats obsessed over some conspiracy that Republicans were going to impeach Barack Obama. As the members of Congress return from their five-week recess, Democrats are now saying that Republicans will force another government shutdown – just like they did last year. Not so, say Republicans. A GOP strategist and former congressional aide John Feehery told CBS, “There will be no government shutdown this fall.
