IRS Expects ‘Miserable’ Tax Filing Season
If taxes weren’t complicated enough already, the Commissioner of the IRS John Koskinen warns the 2015 tax filing season will be about as easy as signing up for ObamaCare. If you need to call the IRS, expect to wait for more than 30 minutes before you can talk to a real person. It “will be one of the most complicated filing seasons we’ve ever had,” Koskinen said. “All we can do is try to maximize our services as well as we can; as well as we can is still going to be miserable. You really do get what you pay for.” According to Forbes, the reason is that while the IRS is supposed to implement new programs like the “Affordable” Care Act, its budget has been cut. The poor dears. However, Koskinen warns of cuts to customer service. The last time the government cut customer service is when the Obama wanted to make the government shutdown as uncomfortable as possible. Perhaps Koskinen wants more money.
