Obama cries inequality where there is no inequality. For years, he’s divided the sexes and said women get paid less than men. In the past, he’s said women are paid 77 cents to every dollar a man earns – a statistic that has been discredited. But Obama didn’t let facts get in the way of his State of the Union address. “Of course, nothing helps families make ends meet like higher wages,” Obama said. “That’s why this Congress still needs to pass a law that makes sure a woman is paid the same as a man for doing the same work. Really. It’s 2015. It’s time.” While Obama follows the economic advice of Mao Zedong when the communist leader said, “Women hold up half the sky,” Obama ignores reality.
