9/11 ‘Truther’ Part of Countering Violent Extremism Summit
One of the men invited by Barack Obama to take part in this week’s Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) summit is a 9/11 “truther.” At least he’ll fit right in with his colleagues who share equal disdain for Israel. Salam Al-Marayati is the president of the Muslim Public Affairs Council who, after 19 jihadis murdered nearly 3,000 Americans on September 11, 2001, claimed, “If we’re going to look at suspects, we should look to the groups that benefit the most from these kinds of incidents, and I think we should put the state of Israel on the suspect list because I think this diverts attention from what’s happening in the Palestinian territories so that they can go on with their aggression and occupation and apartheid policies.” Obama may not believe Israel planned America’s worst terrorist attack to date, but he certainly believes the Jews are driving the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. And, like Al-Marayati, Obama refuses to call a spade a spade – namely, that radical Islam is motivating terrorists to slaughter innocent lives. But just as the Leftmedia doesn’t care that Obama was (is) friends with domestic terrorist Bill Ayers, it won’t care to disclose Obama’s ties to a 9/11 skeptic.
