In their 1992 effort to prevent a second term for a Republican president, leftists coined the phrase, “It’s the economy, stupid.” For months, voters were continuously regaled with fake news that the U.S. was suffering the worst recession since the Great Depression. However, practically the day after Bill Clinton defeated George H.W. Bush, the Leftmedia entirely changed its tune, telling us to move along as normal because there had been no recession, only a temporary slowdown.

In their 2008 effort to prevent a first term for a Republican president, leftists crashed investment bank Behr Sterns in March, putting a significant dent in the U.S. economy. When that didn’t weaken the Republican presidential candidate enough, leftists then crashed investment bank Lehman Brothers in August, taking the U.S. economy and the world economy into the Great Recession.

Now, in 2020, leftists are up to the same play from their evil handbook. After failing to remove a Republican president through shame, blame, accusation, and impeachment, leftists crashed the entire world economy via the China Virus. Unfortunately for leftists, the president and his skilled political team turned every sinister leftist maneuver to his advantage — President Donald Trump’s approval rating is now stronger than ever, even according to CNN polling.

Sadly, this commie failure portends even worse wickedness on our horizon because obtaining power is their only objective. Leftists will pull out all the stops for an even worse encore, just as they did in August 2008.

While this bodes ill for the upcoming five-plus months, the current relative lull in China Virus restrictions provides Patriots a rare opportunity to better prepare for this battle. We are in the eye of an evil hurricane. We must, as heirs to Essential Liberty purchased by the blood and treasure of our forebears, make ready our spiritual, physical, and emotional well-being. We must refresh our guidance from the Sacred Texts, top off our short-term supplies, and lay in midterm supplies.

More relevant now than even in his time, George Washington wrote, “The hour is fast approaching, on which the Honor and Success of this army, and the safety of our bleeding Country depend. Remember officers and Soldiers, that you are Freemen, fighting for the blessings of Liberty — that slavery will be your portion, and that of your posterity, if you do not acquit yourselves like men.”
