On January 20, 2009, Barack Hussein Obama took the constitutionally designated Oath of Office. Included in that oath are the notion and the de facto law that he will uphold and defend all laws of the United States. By any stretch of the imagination, he has failed to keep the oath.

He was not elected, selected or sworn in as a justice of the United States Supreme court. He is not a part of the Judiciary. Notwithstanding his lack of authority to do so, he, complicit with his Attorney General, announced that he would not enforce The Defense of Marriage Act because he (they) had determined portions of said act (1 U.S.C. § 7) is unconstitutional.

This declaration by the President of the United States is perfidious. As such, it constitutes an absolute breach of the trust he swore to maintain, and therefore treasonous. This act calls for the immediate presentation of Articles of Impeachment.

A casual glance at many actions by Obama, shows a calculated pattern of misdeeds, questionable behavior and bringing upon The United States of America, derision and belittlement. Obama acts as a clown, a buffoon and a narcissistic schoolyard bully.

As an American, I am absolutely amazed and angered that The United States House of Representatives has failed to take any official notice of this impostor’s bad faith, criticism of those qualities Americans hold dear, his overt actions to present America in the worst possible light and his neglectful conduct on days of observance of God, Veterans and revered traditions. His acts and general conduct have become nauseating to the traditional American.

The House of Representatives impeached President Andrew Johnson on trumped up charges, In the Senate trial he was rightfully acquitted by a solitary vote. They succeeded in impeaching the lecherous William Jefferson Clinton for his many misdeeds. Only a cowardly Senate failed to convict him.

Now, in 2011 we have an admirer of the small (1.5 % of the population) fringe element under the LGBT umbrella. His personal agenda is obviously tainting his responsibilities and painting Americans as uncaring and unfair because we fail to accept the notion that homosexuality is a perfectly acceptable lifestyle to be fostered and even taught to our children as OK.

In light of the foregoing, I am of the fervent opinion that Obama should be impeached and dismissed. Please set the wheels in motion, Mr. Boehner; Americans everywhere would jump for joy.

Oh! You have not read the Constitution just as you never read your party’s platform. I have read both; you are obliged as a member of Congress to defend the Constitution. An oath appears to have no more meaning to you than does the content of your Pledge in 2008. Politicians seem to have that lack of honesty as a common failure. Obviously, you and Obama have much in common. You are both common in the pejorative sense of the word.

It is obvious; you haven’t the stomach to attack Obama head-on. Good Americans as represented by the Tea Party, our gallant military and several million veterans and retirees will applaud your congressional demise.

Nancy Pelosi may just as well remained as speaker – we all knew she was totally untrustworthy, a bald-faced liar and a danger to America’s best traditions and values. We also thought that Eric Cantor or Kevin McCarthy would force you to keep your word. John, do you hear my message? We want you to do your job and lead the 112th Congress back to some semblance of decency.

Obviously, you have become that pariah of all party politics, a worthless politician. You have great company; Debbie Wassermann Schultz, Mitch McConnell, Charles Schumer, Maxine Waters, Charles Rangel, Hank Johnson, Dick Durbin, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, and on and on and on. Resign before your misdeeds are in all the headlines; you do know that the Main Stream Media hate you, do you not?
