The Merim-Websters dictionary defines involuntary as not done or made consciously or not done by choice. It also defines servitude as a condition in which one lacks liberty especially to determine one’s course of action or way of life and a right by which something (as a piece of land) owned by one person is subject to a specified use or enjoyment by another. When fully 83% of the Federal Government Revenue (as shown in the chart below) is derived from the labor of the citizens of the United States (income and social insurance taxes) and the Liberty of Americans to enter into contracts with insurers or to not enter into contracts with insurers for health insurance by their own choice then a state of involuntary servitude exists between the Federal Government and the American People.

In order to address a lack of Health Insurance for some Americans the Democrats with a majority in the House and Senate and the Presidency in their pocket rammed through what is now commonly known as Obamacare against the wishes of the majority of Americans. According to Heritage.org and as shown in the chart below the burden placed upon the American People will rise exponentially in the future with taxes imposed by Obamacare.

Can it be anything else but involuntary servitude when Americans are forced under penalty of what amounts to fines to use their own funds to purchase Health Insurance policies that provide services that they neither want or need? Can it be anything else but involuntary servitude when the property (income) of some Americans is used to subsidize the purchase of health insurance for others?

What every American must know is that Obamacare was never about Health Care. The entire purpose of the law was to restrict the Liberty of the American People to individually or collectively (employer provided) enter into health insurance contracts of their choosing and transfer that power to the government. It is about usurped power and wealth transfer only. Once entrenched Obamacare will undoubtedly result in the socialization of all Health Care in the United States. There can be no other outcome.

The bureaucratic health panels, mandates and taxes at the heart of Obamacare will determine the quality, direction and efficacy of the United States Health Care System. Because of their complete lack of understanding of the Health Care Insurance Industry and it’s need to make a profit in order to continue to provide insurance to the People of the United States, the democrats in imposing ObamaCare on the American People will eventually burden these citizens with ever increasing Health Insurance Costs and new taxes. Eventually this has to break the Health Insurance Industry and the budgets of ordinary Americans.

Some might call this enslaving future generations with less health care and higher costs. At best it is involuntary servitude for this generation and for all future American generations.
