Greetings constitutional Patriots, I would offer that the aforementioned quote by Thomas Paine is appropriate for these times in which we live. It is highly disturbing, but expected, to see the immense apoplectic meltdown of the progressive socialist leftists. Most recently on a Sunday morning news program, former Democrat Congressman, now junior Senator from New Jersey, Andy Kim, commented that he was upset by the illegal actions of Donald Trump to dismantle the government. Leftists do not grasp the constitutional concept that the President of the United States is vested with executive powers as the chief executive of the Executive Branch of our federal government. That means he is the boss over the federal government agencies and employees who make up the Executive Branch. President Trump is not going up on Capitol Hill and firing congressional staffers.

Now, there are some who would say that there are checks and balances within our three branches of government. I agree. That is why you have committees of jurisdiction that oversee the executive branch. You have a system of hearings that are conducted to perform a check and balance on the operations of these various agencies. However, it is quite apparent that the Democrats do not check and balance when they are in control of the executive branch. How else can one explain a former DHS Secretary, I will not mention his name, telling us repeatedly that the “border is secure?” Or how about a SecDef who goes AWOL for 96 hours? Or what about that inflation that is transitory, according to the SecTreasury?

The progressive socialist leftists have little regard, and respect, for our Constitution and its three branches of government. I have said this before, and will reiterate, these Marxists only care about the Three Branches of Rule: Media, Academia, and the Courts. They cannot win over the population of America with their ideals, so they leverage these elements of rule, power, to deceive, coerce, intimidate, propagandize, and indoctrinate the population. Unfortunately, more Americans are taking the “Red Pill.”

The leftist media has been carrying the water for these progressives for quite some time, but they are losing their stranglehold. They are no longer able to wantonly peddle their trinkets and wares of abject lies. Remember what Nazi (national socialist) Minister of Propaganda Josef Goebbels asserted: if you tell a lie over and over and often enough, eventually it will be taken as the truth. Ya know, kinda like Joe Biden is in great mental condition and folks cannot keep up with him.

Then there is academia, where the left is accustomed to not being challenged and being able to spread its message of Marxist indoctrination. It was appalling to see American college campuses falling in love with an Islamic terrorist organization, Hamas. However, in the last election, the left saw a precipitous decline in support among young people. I guess young female athletes do not like competing against biological males. And young men do not like being referred to as toxic. And what is more devastating is that the Trump administration is looking to deport, rightfully so, these Islamic jihadist supporting college students who are here on a Visa. Yep, you do not get to come to America as a guest and burn our flag in support of a terrorist organization that killed Americans!

Lastly, there are the courts, and this is the last line of defense for leftists, hence where they are running to to derail President Trump. How interesting it is to see judges (I use a lower case “j” because they are chuckleheads) coming up with these actions against the Trump administration. Where were they when Joe Biden and Kamala Harris were consistently in violation of our rule of law, the Constitution, on a multitude of issues? Now, these black robed ideologues are saying that the chief executive of the federal government cannot make a contractual agreement with federal government employees called a buyout. There is no harm being inflicted upon either party, and some 65K federal government employees have accepted the terms. Hmm, funny, where were these judges when recently, the previous administration pushed a five-year contract where federal government employees could stay at home? No challenge, ban, or block there? Federal government employees are not entitled to a position, and certainly not entitled to stay at home.

It is hilarious to hear leftists now referring to members of the Trump administration as unelected bureaucrats. It was their unelected bureaucrats who were running this country while a mentally incapacitated drooling idiot sat in the Oval Office. The other person was just a plain idiot…as proven in the November 2024 presidential election.

The progressive socialist leftists are in despair as their temples of big government are being, as Senator Kim stated, dismantled. They are so desperate that they are floating the idea of shutting down the government…go right ahead. We will get an even better understanding of who and what is essential. How interesting that leftists deemed it their right to decide who in the private sector were essential, this is the five-year anniversary of Covid. But, when suddenly the government’s essentiality is in question, they lose their collectivist minds.

We are heading towards the restoration of constitutional governance and the left does not like it. They prefer the three branches of rule because their objective is domination and power. The American Constitutional Rights Union applauds the efforts of the Trump administration in these opening weeks. We support the founding principles of this Constitutional Republic, that government exists based upon the consent of the governed…not the whims of an elitist political ruling class, and their cronies.
