Top executives at the biggest banks in America just admitted to Fox News that they did in fact debank conservatives. They did so under pressure from President Barack Obama and President Joe Biden.
 
This is an extremely important story, and it’s another indication of the relentless attempt by the Left and the leaders of the Democrat Party to make it impossible for conservatives and Christians to exist as an effective force in America.
 
The neo-Marxist Left doesn’t want us to be able to advocate our values, to have organizations, or to be able to challenge them in any meaningful way. Choking off financial support is an effective method of control.
 
Here’s what is going on.
 
Banks do debank individuals and organizations. If they think someone is a serious credit risk, they can deny that person a loan. They may close an account if they suspect your deposits are the result of money laundering or other criminal activity. There is nothing unusual about that.
 
But in recent years, federal bank regulators added another reason for debanking—"reputational risk.“ For example, if an individual or a group threatened the professional reputation of the bank, they should be debanked.
 
So, if a bank loans money to a firearms manufacturer, leftist regulators might say, "You really ought to think twice about that loan because the public (liberals) may hate your bank.”
 
If a bank works with a conservative group that the Left claims is homophobic, that bank might face greater scrutiny from leftist regulators.
 
The obvious problem with such a policy is that it is totally subjective and ripe for abuse.
 
 
 
Political Pressure
 
One banking executive told Fox News, “Those pressures were very, very real. When your regulator gives you a suggestion, it’s not a suggestion; it’s an order. The political stuff is very real; those pressures are real.”
 
Bank CEOs have been repeatedly asked about this practice in recent years, and they denied it ever happened. But we knew it was happening.
 
It happened to former Ambassador Sam Brownback’s religious freedom organization.
 
It happened to Mike Lindell.
 
It happened to Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
 
Now lower-level executives are admitting it because they were afraid of what liberal bureaucrats in Democrat administrations might do to them.
 
In fact, the banks were so afraid that they even tried to deny services to the leading family of the conservative movement—the Trump family.
 
This sort of thing has happened for years in totalitarian countries like communist China, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, and Venezuela.
 
Now it’s happening in Western countries. It’s happening here. And it happened in Canada, where the leftist Trudeau regime seized the bank accounts of truckers protesting oppressive COVID rules.
 
One final thought: The pattern is clear. Debanking happened under Barack Obama. It got worse under Joe Biden.
 
What do you think would be happening now if Kamala Harris were sitting in the Oval Office? What do you think will happen if Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, or Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wins in 2028?
 
 
 
“It’s Trump’s Fault”
 
The entire left-wing media and political complex in Washington, D.C., are really unhappy. New figures were just released, and important statistics are falling, and it’s all Donald Trump’s fault.
 
Are these economic statistics? No. They are crime statistics in our nation’s capital. The city won’t provide these numbers. The police union is providing them.
 
They show that every measurement of what people in cities worry about is down and their quality-of-life is improving as a result. And it happened in just a matter of days because President Trump took action. For example: 

• Car theft is down 21%.
• Violent crime is down 22%.
• Robbery is down 46%.
• Carjacking is down 83%.

This is what happens when law enforcement gets hundreds of criminals off the streets. But the “defund the police” Democrats can’t admit that police are the solution to crime. And if leftists want to blame Donald Trump for reducing crime, I’m sure he will wear that “blame” as a badge of honor.
 
In addition, 38 “homeless encampments” have been removed from Washington’s parks and streets.
 
Of course, these weren’t just “homeless encampments.” They were enclaves of drug addicts and demented people threatening tourists and pedestrians trying to get to work. But D.C.‘s leftist “leaders” couldn’t find the moral courage or any reason to get them off the streets of our nation’s capital.
 
Meanwhile, so-called “progressives” continue to protest against this peace and serenity. I have noticed that the protesters are overwhelmingly white. I suspect they drove into the city from liberal suburbs in Maryland or northern Virginia. But when you talk to D.C. residents, they’re thrilled.
 
 
 
Fake News
 
Some media outlets tried to blame President Trump’s law enforcement surge for a big drop in Washington, D.C., restaurant attendance last week. They’re claiming that the number of diners was down 25% compared to the same week last year. Well, that’s fake news because it lacks critical context.
 
Here’s what the media didn’t say: The same week last year just happened to be a major Washington event known as—drumroll—Restaurant Week. So, of course, attendance at area restaurants was high last year. The reason it was low last week compared to last year is because Restaurant Week 2025 is taking place this week.
 
These media hacks were deliberately comparing apples to oranges in a desperate attempt to make Trump look bad.
 
In related news, the Trump Justice Department is investigating the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department for faking previous crime statistics to make the city appear safer than it really is.
 
 
 
Progress At A Frenetic Pace
 
As I was getting reports on various issues, I was struck, once again, at how President Trump and his appointees are relentlessly moving the ball down the field in spite of massive resistance from the Left, the Deep State, and the fake news media. For example: 

• Three U.S. Navy destroyers and other accompanying vessels are now off the coast of Venezuela to intercept drug cartels bringing deadly drugs into America. 

• Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard just revoked the security clearances of 37 Deep State operatives who used their power to try to destroy Donald Trump and overturn the results of the 2016 election and the votes of the American people. 

• Secretary of State Marco Rubio just revoked the visas of 6,000 foreign students for criminal acts and activity counter to the interests of the United States on our college campuses. 

• Immigration officers are now screening foreign migrants for anti-American ideologies. It may seem like an obvious thing to do, but we haven’t been doing it. 

The list goes on and on, and Trump did it all without the help of an autopen!
 
 
 
Newsom’s Mystery Map
 
Democrat legislators in California have started the process Gov. Gavin Newsom thinks will carry him to the White House in 2028—they are literally erasing Republican representation from the state’s congressional delegation.
 
Newsom is governor of the biggest state in the union. He brags that California is the world’s fourth-largest economy. Now, Newsom is bragging about ensuring that 40% of Californians have virtually no voice in Congress.
 
It is more than likely that he will succeed. But there are some potential problems, and here’s one.
 
The California legislature is more like the old Soviet Politburo. Democrats regularly run roughshod over the GOP minority, and many liberal politicians never have to answer to the media for their actions.
 
Now, because of all the controversy surrounding redistricting, some of these Democrats are being asked questions from liberal reporters, and they are totally befuddled.
 
Here’s the question that has them stumped: Who drew the lines of the new redistricting map?
 
It wasn’t done by the state’s constitutionally mandated independent redistricting commission.
 
It wasn’t done by the obvious legislative committees. In fact, they just got to see the new map.
 
So, who drew it? California Democrats can’t answer that simple question.
 
One reporter repeatedly pressed Gail Pellerin, chairwoman of the California Assembly Elections Committee, to say who wrote the map. After babbling on about transparency while trying to avoid being transparent, Pellerin finally said, “When I go to a restaurant, I don’t need to meet the chef. I just enjoy the food.”
 
Well, we know the answer. The map was drawn by Paul Mitchell, a well-known Democrat activist in the Golden State. He also happens to be the husband of Jodi Hicks, the president of Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California.
 
So, this is an attempt by Planned Parenthood to abort the Republican Party of California.
 
 
 
Musk Sees The Light
 
Elon Musk is reportedly abandoning plans to launch a new political party, the America Party. Evidently, he has seen the light and realized just what a disaster that would be. Splitting the conservative vote would surrender the country to the Left and guarantee the loss of everything Musk cherishes.
 
In the weeks since his public falling out with Donald Trump, Musk has managed to maintain a relationship with Vice President J. D. Vance and is reportedly all in on supporting Vance in 2028. Musk realizes that any third-party effort in the 2026 midterms would only damage his friendship with Vance and could doom his chances in 2028.
