Teacher Orders Student to Write Paper on ‘Trump’s Lies’

So Jacob translated a FoxNews.com story about U.S. Navy pilots who spotted unidentified flying objects.
The following day his teacher publicly berated Jacob in front of the entire class for using Fox News as a source.
“She said, ‘Fox News is fake news. It’s full of lies and you are no longer to use Fox News for these articles. Do you understand?’” Todd Hein said on the “Todd Starnes Radio Show.”
Hein said his son was shocked.
“She told Jacob that Fox News is ‘fake news’ and should never be used as a source,” he said on my nationally syndicated radio show.
She then instructed the eighth-grader to produce a full page report on “President Trump’s lies — his many lies,” Hein said.
Hein said he called the school to report the incident and the teacher later apologized. But her behavior in the classroom has not improved. He said she has a history of spewing anti-Trump rhetoric in the classroom.
Throughout the year the teacher told kids about the “idiot in office,” the “little orange man.”
“She berates Trump every moment she gets,” Hein said.

A school district spokesperson provided a statement to Fox News:
Fort Wayne Community Schools does not condone the kind of behavior detailed by this parent. When we were notified, we immediately investigated and took appropriate action. Because this is a personnel matter, I cannot provide details of the outcome of the investigation.
I appreciate that the teacher apologized, but that’s not really good enough — not any more. There is no place in a public school classroom for a teacher who bullies and demeans a student.
“Why is a teacher in Spanish class pushing these opinions and her agenda on children?” Hein wondered.
That’s a question that must be addressed by school leaders in Fort Wayne. It’s time to send a message to far-left educators: We will not tolerate public school classrooms being turned into left-wing indoctrination centers.
