Nuggets From H.L. Mencken Regarding the Climate Report
H.L. Mencken was way ahead of his time in detecting what was (and certainly is) going on with government and society. He was especially prescient in regards to the man-made global warming agenda.
Take the Fourth National Climate Assessment. A few of Mencken’s quotes perfectly illustrate what is going on here. The public is being exploited because the way in which it is being educated coerces it into accepting the narrative. As Mencken stated:
“The aim of public education is not to spread enlightenment at all; it is simply to reduce as many individuals as possible to the same safe level, to breed and train a standardized citizenry, to put down dissent and originality. That is its aim in the United States, whatever the pretensions of politicians, pedagogues and other such mountebanks, and that is its aim everywhere else.”
“The whole aim of practical politics is to keep the populace alarmed (and hence clamorous to be led to safety) by an endless series of hobgoblins, most of them imaginary.”
Now consider the actual facts below:
Let’s put all this in perspective using one last quote:
“The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it.”
The past is often a good predictor of the future when it comes to weather and climate. A voice from the past, H.L. Mencken, shines a light on the use of climate as a means to an end. Seems to sum up this climate report (and others before it) nicely.
