The Rudeness of Democrats

I’ve noticed Democrats are either all hypocrites or the onset of Alzheimer’s has cost them their short-term memories.

There are so many things that are bad about those on the Left that it’s easy to overlook the fact that they just aren’t nice people, even though they apparently put such a premium on good manners that starting in 2015, they’ve been complaining about how boorish and crude they considered Donald Trump.

For over two years, led by the likes of Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff, who kept insisting he had documentary evidence, they accused Trump of colluding with Russia. When even Robert Mueller and his crew of anti-Trumpers couldn’t dig up a smoking gun or even a leaky water pistol, they never apologized.

When the Democrats accused Trump of being a bigot and a xenophobe for banning flights from China during the early days of the pandemic, they never apologized when we discovered how wise he’d been.

When Trump said the virus began in the Wuhan lab, the Left carried on as if he’d said it began on Mars. But now that even Facebook has come around and is acknowledging that it did indeed begin in the lab, again no apology.

Something else I’ve noticed about Democrats is that they’re either all hypocrites or the onset of Alzheimer’s has cost them their short-term memories.

Just the other day, Joe Biden shared a photo op with Virginia’s Governor Ralph Northam. And yet, two years ago when that yearbook photo of Northam and a college buddy, one wearing blackface and the other wearing the hood and robe of a Klan member, went viral, Biden had announced that Northam had lost all moral authority and should resign immediately.

That must have been a bitter pill for Northam to swallow, considering that Biden headed up a crime family that left him indebted to China.

But none of this should come as any surprise, considering that Kamala Harris accused Joe Biden of being a racist and a rapist. But just look at them now.

Apparently, Bill Gates broke at least a couple of the 10 Commandments, the ones involving adultery and coveting another man’s wife.

But he also ran roughshod over the seven deadly sins, especially the one involving greed.

Since we know that he is heavily invested in the vaccines, can we really trust him when he declares that everyone in the world, including infants and those who had Covid and now have natural immunity, should be vaccinated?

One wouldn’t think that someone who already has over a hundred billion dollars would prioritize making even more money, but that’s because you are a normal person. Mr. Gates, on the other hand, thinks he’s God and, apparently, God can never have enough money.

The other day, it occurred to me that although I often find myself attacking women such as Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Elizabeth Warren, A O-C, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Kirsten Gillibrand, Rachel Maddow, Diane Feinstein and Jessica Tarlov, I rarely mention the good ones.

So, to make amends, I’ll mention the ones in public life whom I admire. These include Heather MacDonald, who can always be trusted to write and speak the truth about BLM and the Defund the Police movement; Dana Loesch, one of the NRA’s ablest defenders of the Second Amendment; Abigail Shrier, who has been leading the fight against the sexual mutilation of children, and taken tremendous heat for her courage from the sickos representing the transgender lobby; the lady lawyers affiliated with the Alliance Defending Freedom who are fighting to keep males out of female athletic competitions; and Mollie Hemingway, who is consistently the smartest person to appear on a Fox panel, and generally has to hold her own against two men, one of whom is always a Democrat and another who is also a Democrat, but chooses to pass himself off as a Neo-Conservative (think Steve Hayes and Jonah Goldberg), and always defeats them with one arm tied behind her back.

I might even add Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar and Nancy Pelosi, because I believe that each, in her own special way, is doing everything she can to ensure that the Republicans will recapture the House in 2022.

Speaking of those weird people who keep winning track and field events because they’re competing with people who are smaller and weaker than themselves, how is it I never hear one of them being interviewed? Are they proud of themselves, proud that they’ve denied women and girls a trophy they’ve worked and trained for or even a shot at an athletic scholarship, which is typically not given to those who keep coming in second or third?

Perhaps if I entered the Special Olympics and denied victory to handicapped kids, the courts would finally get the message that the trannies are guilty of unsportsmanlike conduct, and it should not be encouraged in the name of wokeness.

Because so much attention has been focused on black people in recent years, I was shocked to hear someone on TV mention income inequality between men and women.

As Mark Twain once pointed out, a lie can travel around the world in the time that truth takes lacing up its boots.

There was a time when women actually were paid less than men for doing the exact same job. But those times are long past. Let an employer try to get away with that today and the female employee will wind up owning the business.

But even Liberals are aware of that. So along the way, they used semantics to move the fight along. They began referring to comparable jobs. Then they arbitrarily decided what jobs were equal. In their strange little universe, a nursery schoolteacher might be said to be doing a comparable job to a firefighter, in spite of the fact that women who actually fight fires for a living are paid exactly what men who fight fires are paid.

As further evidence that the world, or at least the United States, has lost its mind, along with its soul, it seems that in 20 states, if doctors of conscience speak up and suggest that transitioning kids who decide they want to switch their sex might be a terrible idea, they can lose their license to practice.

How is all this happening to us? Who decided that abortionists and the mutilators of children are granted the deed to the moral high ground, while doctors who even raise an objection to the butchers in their midst risk losing their livelihood?

I often worry about the dumbing down of America, so it’s nice to know I’m not the only person worrying about such matters, even if the fretting is taking place in Argentina.

The other day, a TV anchor in Buenos Aires confused a guy named Bill Shakespeare, who died at 81 after receiving the Covid vaccine, with the fellow who wrote “Hamlet” and “Romeo and Juliet,” but had fallen on hard times and hadn’t had a hit in over 500 years.

According to the on-air news anchor, Noelia Novillo, “As we all know, he was one of the most important writers in the English language — for me the master!”

When the hilarious gaffe was called to her attention, Ms. Novillo, sounding like Jen Psaki trying to clean up after Joe Biden, said “I expressed myself badly. I missed out a full stop, a comma, some brackets. I wanted to clear up something that was very unclear and of course people misinterpreted it.”

Right, and in other Buenos Aires news, it’s been reported that one of the world’s most admired painters, Vincent Van Gogh, passed away this morning in a nursing home outside Paris.
