Before becoming the presumptive Democrat nominee for president, or vice president under Joe Biden, or senator from the state of California, Kamala Harris was elected to be the state’s attorney general in 2010. As such, she prosecuted a case back in 2016 involving David Daleiden, a pro-life journalist and activist. If the name doesn’t quite ring a bell, the crux of the charges against Daleiden involved his undercover video work exposing Planned Parenthood for selling body parts of aborted fetuses.

Believe it or not, Daleiden is still awaiting the completion of his trial on eight felony charges having to do with the furtive taping, nine years after filming the deeply incriminating videos. But these previously confiscated videos were recently released thanks to the efforts of Georgia Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who added them to the record of a March hearing on the black market in baby organ harvesting.

While the casual discussion of dismembering practically born babies is unsettling enough, the fact that these Planned Parenthood employees are just talking business and conspiring to cover up alleged criminal conduct makes them even more chilling. “[Planned Parenthood employees] described dismembering the fetuses after delivery to get around possible violations of the federal partial-birth abortion law,” Daleiden told the New York Post. “You can see just from the first video why Planned Parenthood tried so hard to cover this up for eight years. They spent years and millions of taxpayer dollars trying to make sure that the admissions on these undercover tapes never see the light of day,” he added.

Harris, California’s AG at the time, placed these videos off limits as part of a nearly unprecedented prosecution of the state’s video recording law. According to The Federalist, Harris sent “11 California Department of Justice agents to raid the home of journalist and pro-life activist David Daleiden. Harris’ office seized Daleiden’s camera equipment and hard drives containing undercover videos allegedly exposing Planned Parenthood’s trafficking of aborted baby body parts.”

Seems like good practice for rounding up J6 suspects, but the real objective was hiding those awful videos from sight.

It’s no secret that Kamala Harris is in the pocket of the abortion lobby. Even when she left and her successor, Xavier Becerra, took over Daleiden’s case, he made enough of a name for himself to be selected as Joe Biden’s Health and Human Services secretary. And even in 2020, when our Brian Mark Weber speculated that Joe Biden wouldn’t finish his term, he noted what a Harris takeover would mean: “We’ll have the most radical pro-abortion president in American history.” And, well, here we are.

A lot has happened since those videos were originally recorded — the most important being the Dobbs decision in 2022, in which the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade. That landmark decision immediately made abortion a top-shelf issue, as the “Handmaid’s Tale” narrative was successfully used to motivate women to get to the polls and blunt the projected “red wave.”

Of course, not all women are radically pro-abortion; many still subscribe to the old Democrat mantra that abortions should be “legal, safe, and rare.” The idea of Planned Parenthood selling baby parts offends these women, too, and the introduction of these videos can remind them just how far Kamala Harris will go to further the monstrous cause of abortion on demand.

“Attorney General Harris raided my home and seized this footage to try to block it from release for eight years, on orders from Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation,” said Daleiden. “Now everyone can see why they did it.”

Yes, we can.
