Tim Walz’s Minnesota has the largest population of Somalis anywhere in the country. Its 5th District is represented by Ilhan Omar, who puts her allegiance to Somalia above her American citizenship. “Apparently, nobody escapes having a brat for a child. Who cares about their opinions? Trump is the president and a builder. He saw a need and acted on it. Maybe he’ll sell off some of the marble to help build the new East Wing ballroom. “Every state used to have one or multiple mental institutions to house the criminally insane or people incapable of caring for themselves. The arrival of Medicaid and liberal policies started pushing them from inpatient to outpatient and eventually pushed them out to the streets. The drug-addicted homeless who commit crimes should go to jail to detox and learn a skill, and the truly mentally ill should be institutionalized because they obviously pose a threat to themselves and others. It is inhumane to allow them to sleep on the streets, where they commit crimes. It is far more humane to give them a clean environment where they can be medically supervised and secure.” —Georgia
