“As far as I’m concerned, the line has been crossed. ICE should be arresting literally anyone who harasses and/or interferes with them doing their sworn duty.”

Re: Minneapolis Misinformation and Gaslighting

“If ever there was a scenario in which the Left has taken a political and legal issue and turned it upside down, this is that scenario. Just like Rep. Jasmine Crockett, who likes to shoot off her mouth before all the facts are in, the selective outrage of the Left is as predictable as the incoming and outgoing tides. I believe that if President Trump and his administration could actually find a cure for pancreatic cancer, the Left would actually go out of its way to protest and denounce it — to the point of rioting.” —Ohio

“As far as I’m concerned, the line has been crossed. ICE should be arresting literally anyone who harasses and/or interferes with them doing their sworn duty. Throw them into a prison cell just like they did to the J6ers, then let them fight all on their own for a review of their case.” —Florida

“The Left and all its many aberrant supporters cannot dominate the attitude of United States citizens hiding behind the rights of the Constitution. Just because they have converted an easily triggered population to the aims of their communist revolution does not mean we should tolerate such behavior under the guise of ‘peaceful demonstrations.’ Their ultimate aim is to overthrow the constitutional government of the United States. Would Americans tolerate the same if Ms. Good had been doing the same for the benefit of the Ku Klux Klan?” —North Carolina

Re: ICE Watch Comes Under Scrutiny

“I can’t help but think of two particular scripture verses that accurately describe what is going on with these leftist agitators: ‘How long, O naive ones, will you love being simple-minded? And scoffers delight themselves in scoffing, and fools hate knowledge?’ (Proverbs 1:22) ‘A fool’s lips bring him strife, and his mouth invites a beating.’ (Proverbs 18:6) Yes, they have fully embraced their simple-minded, foolish ways. And they open the door for inflicting harm upon themselves. Sadly, God’s word warned us of such behavior long ago — and, frankly, I don’t see things changing any time soon. Prepare for more heartache.” —North Carolina

“None of these groups of fools cares what happens to their cannon fodder recruits. Of course they want them to interfere, even admitting ‘most people panic in these situations.’ That is very easy to do if you are confused, angry, irrational, and spoiling for a fight with your indignation dial cranked to 11. Anything included in training materials or other literature about ‘non-interference’ is simply CYA so that official policy can be hidden from actual policy.” —Oklahoma

Re: History Is Repeating

“There is nothing radical about enforcing the law. Failure to do so puts everyone at risk. In a nation of freedom, we can by popular attention change our laws to conform to the choices expressed by the people. Waiting for a special time to enforce the law just demonstrates a lack of will and a likely leaning toward the manipulation of the intent of the law. If you don’t like it, work to change it. If you can’t change it, then you can move or accept it. You can also break the law, but you may end up in jail.” —Washington

Re: Questions About Wreaths Across America

“Our group has been affiliated with WAA for years. As you note, it does good work, and we have had good experience with some of the services and programs. But I agree — all funds being raised to provide wreaths for the graves of Veterans should be restricted for that purpose. Our organization has also received the January ‘money back’ on our funds raised for wreaths, and I can see why Veterans would raise this question.” —Massachusetts

“Excellent reporting, and why I read The Patriot Post daily. My husband and I just updated our estate directions to exclude entities supporting Veterans that are not using those resources well. My dad served two tours in Vietnam in ‘66 and '68, so these were painful removals. Thank you for this information and all that you do for the United States of America and its citizens to keep us informed with the truth!” —Texas

“Zachary Taylor Cemetery has approximately 11,400 grave sites. At $17 a wreath, that comes to about $193,800. Those wreaths are put down around December 10, and they stay there until late January. When the big dumpsters arrive, all the wreaths are loaded and carted away. Yes, the cemetery looks great, but it doesn’t do anything for current veterans.” —Kentucky

“Thank you for sharing the facts on WAA with us. We have long been a contributor to this organization and were very disappointed to read this. Please stay on top of it. Hopefully, as you stated, WAA will change course.” —Florida

Re: Powell Gets a Probing

“Jerome Powell’s refusal to cut interest rates has serious long-term effects. The high interest rate increases the cost of borrowing by the United States. This in turn increases the interest payments due on the national debt and consequently drives up the deficit, which is then added to the debt. Presently, annual interest due exceeds $984 billion, which is more than the entire Department of War budget. We spend more enriching our creditors than we do defending our nation and its interests.” —Minnesota

Re: The Credentialed and the Clueless

“Thank you, Michael, for this well-thought-out article. I can now understand and forgive my highly intelligent son (a doctorate in math and classical pianist) for his raging and insulting comments to me for being conservative in my beliefs.” —California
