“I think it is too soon to take a position on the MOU. In essence, I trust Trump, but one has to keep a skeptical edge.”

Re: Obama’s Center for Stolen Land

“I watched part of this pandering, divisive performance by Obama and other speakers. The place looks like something from a Soviet Union gulag. I am not ever going to this ugly edifice.” —Texas

“Obama talks a good game. He says many things that are true, notwithstanding the fact he ignores that America is a Republic. Unfortunately, when he talks about values and qualities and people and America, he doesn’t believe a single word he says. He proves once again he is an America-hating hypocrite of the highest order who believes he is above us all. And to heck with everyone who doesn’t kowtow to him. Speaking of stolen land, he stole land from the people of Chicago for his monstrosity.” —Delaware

“For a very thoughtful review of Obama’s real legacy, take a look at Matthew Continetti’s column this past week in The Wall Street Journal. As Nate points out, Obama isn’t the saint he portrays himself to be. And a special shoutout to Ole Joe Biden, who closed the big-ticket event by being the last person on the stage (Jill forgot about him), and he stood at the podium looking dazed and confused, like he was back being POTUS again.” —Illinois

“Funny how he spoke to a crowd of elites and the upper class at a center that is ‘for the people’ (the little guy). The little people weren’t allowed to see him speak in person. If they wanted to attend, it was through a watch party — a big screen set up at a park somewhere else.” —Illinois

Re: The Real Iran Deal

“Typical of what I expect from The Patriot Post — CLARITY! This summary of the MOU and dealing with Iran is as clear and concise as any out there.” —Florida

“Hakeem Jeffries and Chuck Schumer are nothing short of traitors, trading our national security for political expedience. Disgraceful.” —New York

“I hope this analysis gets the attention it deserves. Then again, the MSM can’t afford to be this clear and succinct because they have to keep the advertising dollars flowing!” —Illinois

“Trump is doing as well as he can with little support. Even many so-called conservatives can’t see the big picture. They can’t see that preventing a nuclear war is well worth a little bit of pain at the pump. What was most promising was the involvement of neighboring states in keeping the Strait open. That will take time to develop.” —California

“Thank you, Alexander. You nailed it — and I hope more Americans are able to notice that secured nail!” —New Jersey

“Many critiques of the MOU from the Right are because of Trump’s inability to convey to the American people anything other than his ineffective superlatives that have to be walked back. He comes off as Charlie Brown in the football trope.” —Iowa

Re: Understanding Trump’s Iran Memorandum

“Given the consistently discombobulated nature of POTUS’s actions, especially his verbal pronouncements, I think it is too soon to take a position on the MOU. In essence, I trust Trump, but one has to keep a skeptical edge.” —Pennsylvania

Re: Here Come the Democratic Socialists

“The turning point of the Democrat Party came before 2008, but it is most easily marked by the endorsement of Barack Obama for president by the Communist Party USA. In its endorsement, the CPUSA noted that Obama stands for everything it supports. And now we have the DSA proposing to overturn our Constitution and replace it with a Soviet- or CCP-style politburo system. These aren’t the smiley, Scandinavian-style socialists they pretend to be. They’re violent revolutionaries, as their words and the actions of their supporters have demonstrated.” —Minnesota

Re: The UK Rape Gang Report Exposes Betrayal and Cowardice

“It’s bad enough that the local and national British governments have been allowing this to occur, but their denials and cover-ups compound the evil. UK women, especially those married to or dating government officials, should start a Lysistrata campaign. The U.S. State Department should issue an explicit warning about traveling to the UK as a start. Women here and throughout the civilized world should start a boycott of the UK. The UK government should start sending all these rapists back to their Muslim home countries. The goats and PETA will be angry, but so what?” —California

“I always click to read anything with the Emmy Griffin byline. I’ve never been disappointed with the result. The same today with the disgusting facts she presents about sexual violence perpetrated by Muslim gangs in Britain. Once again, well done, Emmy! And thanks!” —Hawaii

Re: Can Europe Defend Itself?

“The exercise of power is a complex mechanism. The current global situation is unlike previous eras in many ways, and America is the dominant power. But … the American character does not impose its absolute will on others. Instead, it seeks to bring reason to situations loaded with emotion (terror) and show productive ways of behavior that lead to equality of respect for all nations. That is very different from using force to bring others under control. It is rather like parenting — you want to show the way, and sometimes you have to force the issue.” —Colorado

“Russia has a GDP about the size of Italy. The U.S. and the EU have a similar GDP. It is time for the U.S. to leave NATO, as Europe is no longer the weakling of the late 1940s and is able to stand on its own.” —Oregon

Re: Judges Should Not Rewrite Military Policy From the Bench

“During the desperate days of the Valley Forge winter camp, when General Washington was struggling to hold the Continental Army together in the face of extreme privation leading to desertions as well as deaths from disease and malnutrition, two soldiers were accused of ‘the crime against nature.’ When a court-martial determined that was so, Washington ordered the culprits flogged and dishonorably discharged. Why did he do that when he needed every man available? Because he recognized the corrosive effect such behavior has on order and discipline. He was relatively merciful; the British Army penalty was death by hanging.” —Minnesota

Re: Gabbard Dumps on Fauci

“I’m pleasantly surprised by this good work by Gabbard. Fauci and his CDC comrades must be punished for the destruction they did.” —Minnesota

Re: ‘The Scientists Were Dead Right’ — Al Gore’s BIG Lie

“He is too arrogant and narcissistic to admit guilt and being wrong. And of course, the polar ice caps won’t fully melt.” —Michigan
