Being Mean to Nancy
No one knows mean like Nancy.
Nancy Pelosi isn’t too happy about all those negative connotations she’s faced as a member of Congress. “Look, I had probably $100 million [spent toward] mischaracterizing who I am,” she complained in an interview with The Atlantic. “You’d never know that I was an Italian-American grandmother.” That’s hardly true, given Pelosi’s penchant for exploiting her grandchildren for political purposes – like that time she argued in favor of a Syrian strike based on a discussion with her favorite five-year-old foreign policy expert. More to the point, there are few members of Congress who have done more to mischaracterize her opponents than San Fran Nan. Score one for hypocrisy.
