Obama Sees the Election … a Bit Differently
Naturally, a narcissist like Barack Obama isn’t going to take the blame for anything – especially not an election in which he’s not even on the ballot. (Never mind that he claimed his policies were on the ballot.) “Two things were clear long before the votes were counted on Tuesday night: President Obama would face a Congress with more Republicans for his final two years in office, and the results would be seen as a repudiation of his leadership.” reports The New York Times. “But that was not the way Mr. Obama saw it.” Oh, no. In fact, he blamed an electoral map stacked against him, and a White House aide said, “He doesn’t feel repudiated.” And another official indicated he’s just getting warmed up to push his agenda harder. “We’ve got a lot of important stuff to get done in the lame duck,” the official said. “We’ve got a lot of important stuff to get done in the last two years.
