Arizona’s Governor, Jan Brewer signed SB 1070 into law in April 2010. Immediately thereafter both the reacting President and his incompetent Attorney General, Eric Holder denounced the law as illegal, that only the Federal Government has the right to deal with immigration issues.

Two things were wrong with those assertions. Neither Obama nor Holder had read the newly passed law, which cites existing federal law. Secondly, Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3 of the United States constitution addresses the very problem SB 1070 addresses.

Arizona was and is being invaded by hordes of illegal aliens, from not only Mexico but from Central and South America, but Somalia as well. The Federal bureaucracy has virtually handcuffed the law enforcement agencies of the Four Southern Border States in their efforts to identify, apprehend and deport or incarcerate criminals.

The many failures of the federal government to correct our flawed immigration policy and their kowtowing to organizations with a foreign agenda, such as La Raza have led to the inability of sovereign states to enforce laws to protect their citizens. The leadership of La Raza is on record as stating that portions of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California were taken illegally from Mexico and must be ceded back. At least one member of the 112th Congress, Raul Grijalva is a member of La Raza and is in agreement with their position.

Back to the Constitution, a document that neither Obama nor Holder chooses to obey. Article I, Section 10, Paragraph 3, states, “No State shall, without the consent of Congress… or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.” That seems to justify any actions deemed necessary and urgent by the Chief Executive officer of any sovereign state.

To aggravate the situation even further, the Ninth Circuit Court, notorious for its liberal leaning and in the person of Judge Susan Bolton, unilaterally blocked key provisions from going into effect.

In this matter, another Article II, Obama and Holder violated Section 1, final paragraph of the Constitution in that both violated their Oath of Office. Both are obligated to defend the citizens of the several states from enemies both foreign and domestic. Both have acted in a cowardly fashion. First in the matter of the New Black Panthers, pleas of guilty of voter intimidation during the 2010 General Election and the guilty were set free without any action being taken against them.

Secondly, both have stated they would not discharge their legal responsibilities in the enforcement of the Defense of Marriage Act, which was signed into law during the Administration of President Clinton.

Lastly, Mr. Obama did unlawfully, willfully and in direct contradiction to the Constitution commit an act of war upon the People of Libya; such an act being solely within the province of the United States Congress.

For any and all of the above transgressions, I call for immediate impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder.
