America. Is this a great country or what? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and therein lays the problem. Most parents think their child is beautiful, and in fact, they are right as all children are beautiful, not necessarily by human criteria, but in the eyes of God the Creator, who commenting on His creation saw that it was good.

Humans have always been concerned about the question of who is the greatest, or in political terms, what is the legacy, but Matthew puts it into perspective:

18: 1 At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?” 2 And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them 3 and said, “Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven.”

Humans are rebellious and too proud to be child-like, and the onus of the one command to not eat or touch the forbidden fruit would not long be kept, before the initial revolt against the least objectionable restriction. One command would not be kept, so eventually there was the Decalogue, known as the Ten Commandments carved into two stone tablets, which were promptly smashed by Moses upon his descent from the mountain only to find “The Folks” honoring an ornate golden calf instead of worshiping their Creator.

Looking at it rationally, was there any chance in Hades that maybe the one Garden of Eden Command was not kept, but lo and behold, certainly these Ten Commandments would be kept. Once again, wrong! Things have not gotten better, and now, to make sure commandments would be kept, humans multiplied the commandments to the point that they fill all the libraries in the world and law offices in particular, that have transformed undecipherable conflicting laws into herds of golden calfs to multiply profits derived from prosecuting non-conformity.

Approximately 3,000 years after Moses received the Stone Tablets, there has been the kind of change promised by President Barack Obama, who rode in on his great white steed, but neglected to mention his transformational change, as has been all human change since the beginning of time, was from bad to worse.

Now the world is populated by some seven billion constantly rebellious peoples, none of whom are able to keep the impossible array of human laws, but still cannot tolerate the more than hated Ten Commandments.

That leaves the Ten Commandments that are still held in contempt, as human pride would not long sit still for instructions to worship only God, keep the Sabbath, along with prohibitions against idolatry, blasphemy, murder, theft, dishonesty, and adultery. Really! Who could tolerate those limitations?

The always never-ending modern era would remedy those Ten Commandments with millions of laws, rules, regulations, prohibitions, caveats, fines, penalties, and boilerplate, guaranteeing the law profession riches beyond their wildest desires. For instance, God had one prohibition, “Thou shalt not murder,” but America needs to cover every type, condition, circumstance, intention, class, group, sex, sect, race, religion, and what have you, as laws against specific kinds of murder and unjustified killing that are redefined and multiplied ad nauseam.

AMENDMENT VI of the Constitution:

“In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.”

O.J Simpson became the most famous criminal defendant in U.S. history. His double murder trial began six months after the twin murders, and lasted from November 1994 to October of 1995, involving 11 lawyers in court and 25 lawyers for the prosecution, resulting in the longest trial ever held in California that cost over $20 Million and created 50,000 pages of transcripts, and called upon 150 witnesses. Not exactly a speedy trial, but OJ was cleared after he was unable to make the legendary glove fit his hand, followed by lawyer Cochran famously cautioning the jury: “If it doesn’t fit, you must acquit.” Simplicity works best.

The entire country is in a state of political, cultural, and ethical chaos spearheaded by an out-of-control federal government that multiplies a simple law into mountains of paper, often comprising thousands of pages for a basic law followed by tens of thousands of pages of ever-changing rules, regulations, procedures, caveats, remedies, and more. Only lawyers who stand to gain from the confusion do not object.

ObamaCare is the ultimate poster child in that it was two years in the making, and now in its fourth year of attempted implementation, with no end in sight. This budget-busting job inhibiting fiasco may yet result in a depression that might make the 1929 Great Depression seem like a fiscal hiccup. ObamaCare is Obama’s ultimate lie, and Obama needed a constant flow of lies to justify his seminal legislation. Mark Twain spoke to this, “If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything.”

Both political parties lied about ObamaCare as Obama about 50 times unconstitutionally changed the law and its implementation, while GOP House Speaker John Boehner brought 50 separate House votes to repeal the legislation, knowing full well there was no chance for those repeals to be considered by the Senate, thus constituting lies to the American people. Lies on one political side beget lies on the opposite political side. Truth be told, truth is not told by DC politicians.

Meanwhile, politicians are on to bigger and better things before the old problems are resolved and put to bed. “There is never enough time and money to get legislation right the first time, but always sufficient time and money to fix it” that themselves need evermore fixes. Federal government is broken at every level, but politicians pine for involvement in war and threats of war and revolution around the globe, while all the while the U.S cannot protect its own borders.

Physician-heal thyself first before trying to settle never-ending worldwide problems caused mainly by the 57 nation Islam block that is by definition dedicated to imposition of Islam by the sword.

Since politicians come mainly from the lawyer background, lawyers object to any resolution that excludes them from the driver’s seat. America has not won any war since WWII ended in 1945.

Through the ages, mankind has fought the concept of the Ten Commandments, and this most modern of modern ages has openly lost its appetite for the formal dictates of God, and replaced them with distorted Natural Law that guides all, especially those not versed in formal Christian-Judeo principles. Nature has become the law and the norm by which modern America observes the tenets guiding day-to-day life. Nature is the new god and its bible is written and dictated by government supported EPA type bureaucratic environmentalists that do not tolerate any infringement on nature that takes dominance over its inhabitants.

American Values devalue the person and elevate unknowing nature to godly heights, and those corrupting nature by using its resources are to be dealt with harshly. Many people litter the landscape with waste products that require someone other than themselves to clean up and restore. Denial of Ten Commandment guidelines installed by the God demands replacement, and nature is the choice of moderns.

It is virtually criminal not to recycle; the extreme example is the enforcers of the purity of nature have resorted to spying on personal trash to determine if the nature sinners are abusing nature by not recycling every bit of trash. Following the direct law of God is a piece of cake compared to one-hundred percent compliance with laws dictated by environmentalist greeners. God and His Law are old-school, and Nature is the new-school god.

Such dedication is the stuff saints are made of, and the environmentalist saints can supposedly do no harm as they operate in hatred against the very people they claim to be helping. Even jobs are bad as jobs contribute, one way or the other, to the degradation of the planet that is the supreme god. “Life After People” presented often on the History Channel seems more interested in elimination of humanity for benefit of the planet.

Through the ages, mankind knew it needed a god and the Roman Empire honored many gods, including a dedication to the Unknown God whose existence was used by St. Paul to introduce the Christian God to the Romans who did have a provision to honor the Unknown God, and Roman citizen Paul capitalized on that.

The guru meditating on top of the mountain contemplating the navel, searches for the meaning of Life and the Universe, the navel representing the connection to the mother from whence the guru came.
