Is Obama Bullet Proof?
William Pfeifer, writing in About.com Guide February 24, 2011, noted that Eric Holder had announced that the Obama Administration would no longer defend the DOMA in court. This position has been stated since on several occasions by the POTUS.
Did Obama have his fingers crossed when he took the Oath of Office on January 20, 2009? Would such a symbolic gesture be a defense were he to be impeached? A defense similar to Bill Clinton’s, “It all depends on what the meaning of ‘is’ is.”
There is no doubt Obama mouthed the words of the oath; he was heard world-wide doing so. Was he hiding behind the Centuries-old Islamic armor of “taqiyya”? Only he knows whether or not he was doing so. The rest of the world knows and especially Americans know that he took an oath to adhere to Constitutional law.
The Defense of Marriage Act was signed into law on September 21, 1996 by then President Clinton as Pub L 104-199, Title 1 USC § and 28 USC § 1738C. I ask again, is Obama bullet proof?
Not only regarding DOMA had this imposter flouted the law but on numerous others has completely ignored existing law or worse Constitutional Law. His claim to be a Constitutional Scholar exacerbates his offenses to that of High Misdemeanors and in on instance, Treason. That occurred when Obama, rather than send troops to secure Arizona’s borders from incursion by illegal aliens from Mexico, invited foreign entities to join his administration in legal action versus a sovereign Star of the Union, namely Arizona. That treasonous act violated Article IV, Section 4.
Mr. Obama has by his numerous invidious acts brought great discredit upon the good name of America, to the Office which he so disgracefully oversees and caters to the least respectful and God-fearing citizens of this great land to which he is so frequently disrespectful.
His constant pandering to the LGBT community is patently offensive to all but those who cling so defensively to that abhorrent and Biblically refuted lifestyle. Obama’s reckless haste to abandon Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell is fraught with ultimate harm to our valiant military that are being coerced into accepting avowed homosexuals into an honorable military. I ask again, is this imposter bullet proof?
What has happened to our Godly sense of outrage? Our House of Representatives has, in the past, impeached two Presidents, Andrew Johnson who was simply unpopular as a result of his reconstruction activities and because he was viewed as a traitor for not returning to Tennessee when the Southern States seceded. William Jefferson Clinton, in the eyes of many decent Americans, besmirched the Office of the Presidency and escaped with no punishment and a lot of good press. Congress was on course to Impeach Nixon when he resigned.
The House Ethics Manual consisting of more than 400 pages plus appendices is very detailed. Congressmen and women are well-aware of the role of ethics in their sworn duty. However, that has not stopped many of them form participating in, encouraging or profiting in some manner from illicit behavior.
As one of America’s really Senior citizens, a veteran of some forty years of honorable Military service and a God-fearing family man, I call upon the House Judiciary Committee to embark upon the distasteful but absolutely necessary task of drawing up Articles of Impeachment against this disgraceful individual occupying our White House. He is not worthy of his high office, is very likely unqualified and obviously has a total disdain of Americans. Impeachment is a powerful tool to be wielded more frequently than in the past, or is Obama really bullet-proof? I certainly hope not.
