Yep, it is the phrase that we heard incessantly from the progressive socialist leftists and their media accomplices during their onslaught against President Trump in the 2024 election. The plethora of court cases brought against Trump from New York to Georgia to Miami was beyond belief. The FBI raid of a former President’s residence, Mar-a-Lago, should have sent chills down our spines as evidence of the rabid Marxist desire to destroy one man and his family. Now, all of their efforts are being revealed as unconstitutional, unlawful, and immoral endeavors meant to conceal their own actions.

When the left speaks about no one being above the law, they are only speaking to their political opposition. The left defines the law not as French economist Frederic Bastiat did in his essay, The Law. The left defines the law as their ideological agenda, and anyone standing as an obstacle be damned to persecution and prosecution. Marxists are above the law, the true rule of law, because they believe that their ends, power and control justify their means.

We now know that the entire Russiagate hoax was indeed so. But it was an intentional manipulation of intelligence by the Obama national security team, under the direction of then-President Barack Hussein Obama. Current Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, referred to this as a “treasonous conspiracy” and has submitted the declassified documents to the Department of Justice for criminal referral. What was the leftist response to DNI Gabbard’s action and announcement? Well, at the Aspen Security Conference, Democrat Senate Intelligence Committee member Mark Warner called Gabbard “not competent.” No discussion about the documents or those involved. I would even posit that Warner had not read the documents…just personal condemnation, persecution, character assassination. That is the Marxist response when they are confronted with being above the law.

Here is the list of complicit actors who should be facing criminal charges…Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Samantha Powers, and Susan Rice. And spare us the “statute of limitations” blather because these documents were just declassified…funny, statute of limitations did not matter to Alvin Bragg and his insidious case against Donald Trump. No one is above the law, right? That includes a former president who sought to undermine the peaceful transition of power. Oops, it was to his political opposition, of whom he held in utter disdain.

Hillary Clinton should be facing criminal charges as well for tampering with and destroying evidence, her government computer equipment. Running classified government documents over an unsecured system that was in her private residence, I could not have done that as a Commander in the Army. Doggone, I guess I am not above the law.

Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Alejandro Mayorkas should be criminally charged for violating their oath to uphold the laws of the Land. They willingly, intentionally, and purposefully allowed millions of illegal immigrants to have free entry into our Country. I think that every American who lost a loved one to fentanyl or by way of murder, assault, or rape by a criminal illegal immigrant allowed into the country during the Biden “autopen” administration should file a civil suit against those three. The losses and crimes against them were a direct result of the unconstitutional and unlawful actions of Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas.

Just last weekend, an off-duty CBP officer was shot in the face by a criminal illegal immigrant who entered our Country during the Biden administration. These two individuals had a long “rap sheet” and each time were released back into society, not held, not turned over to ICE officials, because New York City is a sanctuary city for illegal immigrants. Elected officials who declare sanctuary for illegal immigrants are harboring individuals guilty of committing a felony offense, and then other crimes as well. Who among us could harbor known criminals in their homes without being held accountable under the law? We would be charged with felony crimes of being an accomplice, aiding and abetting, and would be just as complicit as the criminals themselves. So why do people like Mayor Brandon Johnson in Chicago or Mayor of Boston, Michelle Wu, get to unlawfully declare their cities as sanctuaries for criminals? I guess they are just above the law.

Anthony Fauci, Annie Tomasini, Anthony Bernal, Dr. Kevin O'Connor…perhaps Jill Biden, all believe themselves to be “above the law”, part of some Marxist politburo where the rules are for thee…not me. And this whole preemptive pardons thing by autopen, well, that is simply unconstitutional and unlawful. They are not pardons, but a “get outta jail free card” for those who hold themselves above the law.

Our Constitutional Republic cannot survive with a two-tiered system of justice. There can no longer be a cabal of individuals, mainly Marxists, who believe that their desire for power and control gives them a mandate to do anything they want…to violate our rule of law. It is high time that those guilty of high crimes and misdemeanors be held accountable. And the more they scream, froth at the mouth, and protest, the more we must hold them accountable. They say “no one is above the law,” then, as Saul Alinsky articulated in his Rules for Radicals, force them to live by their own declaration.

And, let’s keep denying them the power and control they seek.
