Obama Still Thinks His Policies Can Win Elections
Delusional Barack Obama thinks that if only Democrats ran on his policies, if they only evoked his name in the midterm election, then the party of liberals would have won. In an interview with NPR, the president said, “I’m obviously frustrated with the results of the midterm election. I think we had a great record for members of Congress to run on. And I don’t think we – myself, and the Democratic Party – made as good of a case as we should have. And, you know, as a consequence we had really low voter turnout, and the results were bad.” Obama thinks that if his party didn’t stand by his agenda, they stood for nothing. But this was not just a malformed campaign message. Democrats, from doomed senators to the head of the Democrat Party herself, fled from Obama and his policies, thinking it was a better election strategy to not stand with the imperial president and his policies.
