Mark Zuckerberg is very, very sorry. In hindsight, he should have never let the mean ole government coerce him into censoring information on his platform — especially all the satire and humor he took down. Next time it happens, he’s assured us that he’s ready to stand up for what’s right.

Meanwhile, here at The Patriot Post, we still await our apology letter from Zuck. We won’t be holding our breath. We won’t be holding the Tabasco sauce either because irony is best served spicy.

No sooner had Zuck produced his heartfelt letter than we received yet another Community Guidelines strike the very same week. This time it was a humor meme about alternative remedies to hearing Kamala Harris talk. Of course, if you’ve been reading us long enough, you know this is hardly the first unfounded skirmish with Facebook’s jackbooted censors.

And here’s what the buzzkills at Facebook had to say:

Oddly enough, we posted the same image last year but with the name “Barbie” instead of “K-Harris.” Somehow, there was no violation that time.

We all know what the difference is. In any case, who can justify the language used to describe this supposed violation? “Suicide, self-injury and eating disorders.” Really? Who would seriously think, “That’s my way out… Tabasco sauce!” The answer is no one. But try telling that to the Facebook robots.

This is just another chapter in the unending saga that is our relationship with Facebook (Meta). We have an ever-increasing stable of examples documented. Nothing surprises us. Not even a meaningless apology letter from Mark Zuckerberg. And it really is meaningless. He can say that he regrets censoring both vital and humorous information about COVID-19. He can say he was strong-armed by the FBI to suppress crucial information about the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. He can say he’s sorry.

But he’s not.

Mark Zuckerberg is a player. He will say what he must say to continue his social engineering experiments. Undoubtedly, his library is lined with the likes of Machiavelli and Robert Greene. He is the poster child for what is the greatest threat to Liberty in a generation, and he holds the keys to the Public Square.

Don’t tell us you’re sorry, Zuck. Just pass the Tabasco.
