Re: Musk, Trump, and the Government Efficiency Commission
“I really want to applaud the idea of a Government Efficiency Commission. In fact, I would love to be on it. The number of people who work for our government is gross. Musk may be exactly the right person. The other thing that would be helpful is to issue an executive order stipulating that no person drawing a government paycheck can receive money from any other source. This kind of thinking is what makes me think this country might have a chance.” —Wisconsin
Re: Is Your Child Safer on a School Campus?
“Alexander’s ability to think outside the box often leads to conclusions that the MSM simply can’t comprehend. Such was the case in the data points Alexander used to assert that, ‘statistically, young people are much safer on campus than off campus.’ Amid all the commercial media frenzy over the terrible school shooting, every parent should read this article.” —California
“The ‘video game’ producers need to be held liable. These kids are playing violent games and killing people as first-person shooters in them. To a young, vulnerable mind of a person already at risk because of their broken home life, it is poison! No, your kids are not safe on campus or anywhere else until leftists stop wasting time blaming guns.” —Illinois
“In almost all of these rare school shootings, there were numerous opportunities to interdict the offenders before they committed murder, as was the case in Georgia. Even after this assailant was on the FBI’s profile list, he was able to walk into a school with a long gun.” —Pennsylvania
Re: Kamala’s History of Workplace Toxicity
“This sounds like the typical behavior of someone who knows they aren’t up to the job and are terrified that others know it too (spoiler alert, Kamala: we all do). As a result of her insecurity and incompetence, she lets her arrogance guide her since she wrongly believes that people will see it as a sign of her power and will respect her for it. As a woman myself, I can also say that this is a very common failing among female bosses, many of whom have no idea how to be a good manager since they want to be nice to their friends but don’t know how to be objective in dealing with anyone they don’t like.” —Pennsylvania
Re: Congressional Veterans Condemn Walz for Stolen Valor
“Just read this letter of condemnation about Tim Walz and his well-documented stolen valor claims. Bravo Zulu to our Veterans in Congress who have called this despicable politician out!” —California
“This populist thug has been an embarrassment to those of us who honorably served our nation. His selection by Harris completely disqualifies her for the high office she seeks.” —Minnesota
Re: The New York Times Shreds the Constitution
“Of course, as Alexander noted, the author never mentioned ‘Republic’ in her article. Perhaps he should write her and insist that she find the word ‘democracy’ in the Constitution! A republic forms when we all agree everyone is equal as humans (in their dignity, and in the eyes of God), and thus all citizens have equal rights…” —California
“As a former Naval Aviator, I continue to abide by my oath to support and defend our Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and will until the day I perish. I raise and lower our flag every day, and God help the person who tries to cut the halyard. Domestic enemies are worse than a known foreign enemy, because often they hide behind lies, like asserting we are a democracy rather than a Republic.” —Massachusetts
“If our nation was actually a democracy, Democrat voters would have been given an opportunity in their primaries and at their convention to select their candidate for president. They were not. They now are stuck with a DEI hire who never won a primary — someone shoved down their throats by the elite who simply got rid of the peoples’ duly elected candidate, Biden.” —Pennsylvania
“This indictment of The New York Times provided a clear condemnation of the Left’s promotion of ‘democracy.’ One of the major concerns of our Founding Fathers was that each state has an equal say in the governing of the nation as a whole. Perhaps the author should purchase a one-way ticket to Russia so she can experience democracy in action.” —Wisconsin
“Recall the old adage, ‘Democracy is two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner.’ Democracy irrevocably devolves into tyranny.” —Ohio
“Before the ‘progressives’ infiltrated the U.S. education system in the latter half of the last century, the instructional curricula of elementary, secondary, and even college levels mandated various courses in Social Studies, American History, Government, and Civics. Today, given the widespread ignorance regarding the difference in a republic and a democracy, clearly the progressives have won.” —Florida
Re: Dems Weaponize Ballot Initiatives to Subvert State Constitutions
“Michigan’s foolishly easy amendment procedure enables pure democracy to override the republican form of government required by the U.S. Constitution. Some of the destructive effects are already becoming apparent, as described. Our nation’s Founders understood well from their study of history that democracy is a dangerous and unstable form of government. ‘Wise people learn from other’s experience; fools must learn from their own.’ It looks like Michigan will have to learn the hard way.” —Minnesota
Re: An Election Open Letter to All Americans
“This is right on point and if anything understates the danger that America faces in this election. Sadly, half of America is too willing to listen to the mainstream media for the ‘facts.’ And the other half of America will be at the mercy of a corrupt and very efficient voting fraud system run by Democrats and obviously approved of by the Republican Party in the DC Swamp.” —New Hampshire
“This is a classic example of getting the cart before the horse. Anyone with common sense knows that before you move totally to electric transportation, you had better have the infrastructure to support it. With Washington bureaucrats and politicians, common sense does not exist. They remind me of my three-year-old grandson: I want it and I want it now.” —Illinois
Re: The Shrinking, Impotent Church
“Great article! You said what I have been saying since I left the formal Methodist Church in 1987. While I know there are still great places to worship in this country, I’m afraid, to coin a popular phrase, that I didn’t leave the church, it left me. I am still a very strong believer in God and hope that the churches of my youth return or that God intervenes to help us get back to churches that actually spread the word of God and Jesus.” —Alaska
“Bravo! A stand that takes a moral position and berates the lack of a moral compass in this country. A country filled with hubris and self-centeredness, with no mutual respect and no civil discourse to achieve a balance and forward movement. God is missing in this conversation and He is missed. Our children and their children’s children shall become hedonists and Marxists of the highest order if we do not return to God and accept His word, judgment, wisdom, and guidance. We are well down the road to serfdom if we continue on this course — or a truly large, bloody, end-of-days revolution.” —Massachusetts
Re: Profiles of Valor: A Dog Named DASY
“May God bless you and your family, P01 Marcus Luttrell. Thank you for your service to this once-great country!” —Texas
“As an Army combat vet with a service dog, this story really hit me hard. Thank you for telling it with heart, and God bless, Marcus Luttrell!” —Arizona
