He broke into a building, occupied it, and held Jewish students and some staff members prisoner in the building as hostages — that is terrorism, not freedom of speech. A district court judge does NOT have the authority to order a POTUS around, and that is the issue here: Everyone wants their participation trophy for playing in the game. Well, in this instance, there is only one winner, and it is the U.S. Constitution. The PRESIDENT has the authority granted to him in the Constitution to deport anyone he sees fit who is here illegally, and the judges just need to sit back.
