“Islam is a beautiful and mostly peaceful religion … except when it’s imprisoning, humiliating, or mutilating women, and/or blowing something up or shooting someone in the face.”

Re: The New York Times Admits Maybe the Trans Movement Overstepped

“This ‘trans’ movement doesn’t qualify as a movement. ‘Pet rocks’ were a movement — anyone could get one. But not everyone has sufficient mental illness to qualify as trans. Youth have had their normal struggles with puberty since forever, but mental illness coupled with trans activism and greedy people in the medical field who’ve violated their Hippocratic Oath have produced a perverse ‘cure’ in the form of ‘gender-affirming care’ for minors. Trans medical care doesn’t cure mental illness; it masks it.” —North Carolina

“Well said, Nate. It is a simple biological fact that ‘trans’ does not exist. It is not possible for one to change his/her DNA simply by virtue of his/her wishes.” —California

Re: Foreign Students Are Big Business

“Isoroku Yamamoto attended Harvard University in the 1930s. Based on this, his tours of the United States, and his service as Japan’s naval attaché to the U.S., he concluded that winning a war with the U.S. was a long shot. In discussions with the Imperial Army of a proposed invasion of our West Coast, he is said to have warned, ‘If you invade the United States, you will find a rifle behind every blade of grass.’ I fear today’s Chinese students are not as impressed by what they see of American will.” —Minnesota

“Allowing universities to issue visas to students is like allowing the wolf to guard the henhouse. Strict procedures must be set by the State Department/INS, and students, particularly from unfriendly nations, must be diligently screened. It would be beneficial to set a quota allowing a limited number of students from each nation.” —California

Re: The 12-Day Israel/Iran War: Protecting the Civilized World

“Yet again, another cogent and comprehensive assessment from The Patriot Post, unlike the endless claptrap from elsewhere. While the rest of the media endlessly chatters, your analysis is hot metal on target. Precisely why I have been a financial supporter for 10 years. Keep it up!” —California

“This was the superb analysis I expect from The Patriot Post. One historical footnote: You wrote, ‘Thomas Jefferson did not have full authority to wage war against the Barbary Pirates, and that was a time when everything moved at a very slow pace. Jefferson was merely exercising his Article II power as commander-in-chief.’ Jefferson had grave doubts about whether he had the authority to build blue-water gun boats to fight the Barbary Pirates. But because Congress was not in session, he trusted they would ratify his decision. Obviously, there is no such trust that can be placed in half of Congress today.” —New Hampshire

“I’m surprised AOC hasn’t proposed impeachment for violating FCC rules with the F-bomb, or seeking a federal court order that Trump must rebuild Iran’s nuke facilities because he did not have her permission to destroy them.” —Michigan

“The mullahs will continue because Islam believes that the Madhi, their ‘messiah,’ cannot return until Israel is destroyed.” —Oregon

Re: Trump Strikes Iran, Democrats Retaliate

“Unfortunately, the only way to ensure the security of a mission is to exclude Congress. Too many belligerent congressmen will immediately leak secure information like a hose in order to seem informed and progressive. They cannot be trusted with serious issues when the lives of our military are involved. Maybe they should be required to do a ride along on some serious forward military work to see what is at stake. I’m pretty certain they would call in sick and not participate.” —Washington

“With the massive beatdown still reverberating through Iran, the Democrats, on cue, wasted no time to indulge in their collective haranguing of POTUS. Trump executed a truly amazing military raid on an enemy who was close to causing some very serious damage in the Middle East and possibly elsewhere. Israel’s earlier action primed the pump for Trump’s assault. A powerful and world-changing collaboration! I will remain optimistic that perhaps one day the Democrats might stop being Democrats and actually embrace who we are as a nation and how we must conduct our affairs on the world stage. Maybe a high-five or even a ‘Thank you, Mr. President’ would be refreshing news.” —North Carolina

Re: Nuclear Futures

“What President Trump did over the weekend reminds me of President Reagan’s strike on Libya in 1986. I was there, and the day before the strike, my ship was the ‘decoy’ and was navigating on the Libyan ‘Line of Death’ by going back and forth at 30 knots. Nothing happened, and that night the bombs dropped. The next day, we were back to being the decoy. Twenty-plus years later, I found out that a friend I rode the train to work with was on the USS Enterprise (CVN-65) for that deployment. He told me that our decoy allowed them to get SEALS in and out of Libya, which needed to laser-designate the targets that night. A motto from my time on the USS Nimitz (CVN-68) comes to mind: ‘Teamwork, a Tradition.’” —Illinois

Re: Is the Future Islam?

“Regarding Christian disaffiliation, I’d say that it has been mostly self-inflicted. Just as America has been slowly awakening to the Deep State and to the damaging effects of Democrat policies, many have also been rejecting the social rot enabled and pushed by some of our Christian denominations. The rationale for people rejecting the Democrat Party is nearly identical to why they’ve been rejecting Christianity: assaults on traditional family values plus the danger of a weakened nation.” —North Carolina

“Islam is a beautiful and mostly peaceful religion … except when it’s imprisoning, humiliating, or mutilating women, and/or blowing something up or shooting someone in the face.” —Oklahoma

Re: Whoopi Is Proof That Victimitis Makes You Blind

“She is clearly not a student of Iran. Don’t give Whoopi a pass on the huge black poverty rate and government-supported discrimination against blacks in Iran. Iran also had slavery (many were black) until 1929 — although importation of new slaves was banned in 1848. Blacks were cleared to vote in 1906. Blacks are only 1% of the population in Iran. I’ve always wondered why places that are supposedly so friendly toward blacks (like California, Oregon, and Washington) have such small populations of them. If Iran is so wonderful for blacks, wouldn’t everyone find a way to move there?” —Georgia
