“The hypocrisy of the Left is thinking that we need to treat these illegals as world citizens, but we can’t be world citizens because that is cultural appropriation. There is a large problem with the regimes of foreign governments that can’t protect their own citizens from each other when one (or more) of them tries to become an entrepreneur and do better for themselves by starting a business. “Grade inflation harms those who actually earn good grades because their own merit is made questionable by prospective employers. It damages universities’ reputations. Worse, there is pressure to dumb down the coursework to accommodate ill-prepared minds unpracticed in learning complex material. This is a road to technological stagnation and civilizational failure.
