“Every function funded by taxpayer money should be audited on a regular rotation. Failure to do so is just being lazy and fiscally irresponsible.”

Re: America First Gets a Big Win in Venezuela

“I think if General Washington were asked about his comparative opinion on the Delaware crossing and Hessian sneak attack, he would equally praise the audacity and success of these successor Delta warriors.” —Illinois

Re: How Much Money Did You Lose in Social Security?

“When I got my first paycheck, I looked at my deduction. Then I looked at my friend and said, ‘I wish that I could save my own money.’ That was 70 years ago. Social Security is an unconstitutional Ponzi scheme. Too many of the people in this country are financial idiots. They think the government is better than its citizens at managing their own money.” —Wisconsin

“In 1973, I sent a letter to Congressman Walter Powell with a 20-year plan to privatize Social Security. In 1974, I sent the same letter to Rep. Tom Kindness. I met with Kindness’s chief of staff, who told me that I could not get a better deal than Social Security. I told him he was nuts. I think about that when I see articles like this one. Consider also that with a private account, your remaining funds when you die go to your estate, i.e., your kids. In addition, think what that would have done to the financial markets competing for all that private money.” —Ohio

Re: The Sanctuary Showdown

“It is time to arrest the ‘leaders’ in these cities. Include the police chiefs and commissioners who refuse to let the police respond.” —Nevada

Re: The Silver Lining in Minnesota

“Our daughter-in-law was here for Christmas with our son and told us that her office co-workers were told by higher-ups to keep their mouths shut about the fraud. She’s been a social worker for 20 years. Results of the study on Head Start were withheld until after the 2008 and 2012 elections because they showed that it had no improvement for those kids compared to students not enrolled. Had to protect Obama.” —Minnesota

“Every function funded by taxpayer money should be audited on a regular rotation. Failure to do so is just being lazy and fiscally irresponsible. The people who pay these taxes deserve for them to be used responsibly. It should also be noted that getting the government out of private business should be the goal to enable it to provide the services that are constitutionally provided for.” —Washington

“Knowing these blue states are rampant with fraud may not be a good thing. People now know that the liberal states welcome fraudulent activities, so it might just be a good place to set up their illegal activities. And even if they get caught, no one is going to punish them anyway. That sounds like a win-win for criminal activity.” —Washington

“‘The governor has worked for years to crack down on fraud and ask the state legislature for more authority to take aggressive action,’ the spokesperson said. That’s news to the rest of Minnesota. It sounds exactly like the excuse Mr. Biden made for not enforcing the border. We don’t need a new anti-fraud law; we need a new governor.” —Minnesota

Re: Memo to DoJ: Prosecute Michael Byrd for Killing Ashli Babbitt

“As Alexander noted, within feet of Ashley Babbitt, there were four uniformed officers and four heavily armed riot police, none of whom made an effort to prevent her attempt to climb through the broken window before she was shot and killed. Those officers were complicit in the unjustified shooting of Babbitt. Those officers should have been standing in front of the locked entry doors.” —Washington

Re: The Biggest Biden/Harris Lie

“I’m old enough to remember when the lying plagiarist was first elected to the Senate. He was no good then and never amounted to anything more. He was on the wrong side of every issue, mainly to feed his giant ego and campaign coffers. The people of Delaware committed a great disservice to our country every time they reelected Biden.” —Arizona

Re: Profiles of Valor: MCPO Edward Byers (USN)

“Corpsmen, as all first responders, are trained to go to the action, not away, because that action is hurting people. The Master Chief responded in the only way he could; what is different in him is his fierce determination. Combine that with the desire to heal and it becomes a powerful force. As a Vietnam Corpsman, I always wonder if I was good enough or strong enough. And I wonder if I, also a Navy Master Chief, could stand next to this man as an equal. I hope so, but even if not, he is my brother in service.” —Washington

Re: Profiles of Valor: Col Wesley Fox (USMC)

“God’s richest blessing on The Patriot Post staff in this new year. So thankful to have you as part of my regular reading. And this Profile of Valor on Col Fox reminds me of the many reasons why!” —Oregon
