ATF Whistleblower Blocked From Writing Book
Don’t want to hurt any feelings now.
The Washington Times reports, “The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is blocking the main whistleblower in the Fast and Furious case from publishing a book, claiming his retelling of the Mexico ‘gun-walking’ scandal will hurt morale inside the embattled law enforcement agency.” The ATF even acknowledged that Special Agent John Dodson’s book would not jeopardize any agents, or release any classified or harmful information. Instead, they’re sticking to their, er, guns, saying it will have a “negative impact on morale.” We’re thinking that if you work for an agency that has Firearms and Explosives in its name, you better have a bit thicker skin than that.
