Re: Scott Takes on the Racists of ‘The View’
“I love how Senator Tim Scott shut down the Dem shills on ‘The View’ not only with facts but with the evidence of his own life story. It also made me laugh that when Sunny Hostin was trying to make him look stupid, she only succeeded in proving her own ignorance, as she twice referenced Reconstruction in the South being 114 years ago. So the Civil War ended in 1909, huh? Gee, the things you can learn from TV!” —Pennsylvania
Re: Newsom Gets a Dose of Diversity
“Under the California law on kidnapping, every politician who has forcefully moved any homeless person is in violation. That includes Gavin Newsom. I would go so far as to say forcing taxpaying residents to accept the invaders is also a form of kidnapping — their schools, healthcare, homes, etc.” —California
Re: Biden’s ‘White Supremacy’ and ‘Assault Weapons’ Dog Whistles
“Joe Biden, who promised unity in his presidential campaign, has done more than any president in our nation’s history to promote divisiveness among our citizens. His white supremacy rhetoric is reprehensible and fraught with boldfaced lies. His demagoguery is damaging and debilitating, placing the future of our nation irreparably in harm’s way.” —Florida
“Howard University does not get a pass in all this race baiting. Inviting this angry geriatric liar is its first mistake, and any applause from the graduates indicate they have been spoon-fed the very same lies Biden and his ilk have been spewing for decades.” —North Carolina
Re: Counting by Race With School Discipline
“Not having a father in the home is part of the black culture that promotes a lack of discipline in the schools and on the streets. A black boy with a father is less likely to be a problem in the classroom. To you white, liberal bleeding hearts out there: You don’t fix the problem by making excuses for it. If one listens to you, equity is the answer. Is it? That means for every black man arrested, we must arrest one white. That means we don’t arrest a certain number of black criminals, or we arrest whites who have done no wrong. Where do Asians and Hispanics stand in this hierarchy of shared guilt? Every leftist argument falls flat if a word or two is altered.” —Nevada
“Fifteen years ago in a blue-collar city, my son was in a Christian high school whose per-pupil cost was 10% under that of the public schools. Today that cost differential is closer to 30%. What is the difference? Public school apologists say it’s teachers’ salaries, but the Christian school salaries almost match. Public schools do have busing costs, but 90% of the reason the Christian school provides a better education at much less cost is student discipline. The public schools have to spend much more time and money keeping the environment suitable for learning. But for educators to admit that, they have to admit that the social policies they insist on teaching are defective.” —Illinois
“Joe Biden’s reinstatement of the Obama policy that views school discipline through a lens of ‘racial equity’ may well lead to regrettable outcomes that are all the more tragic because of how predictable and preventable they were. In 2013, Broward County schools changed their disciplinary policy to reduce the number of minority students referred to police. Fearing consequences from the Obama Department of Education if they ‘targeted’ a student with a Hispanic surname, they did not bring Nikolas Cruz’s ‘pattern of disciplinary issues and unnerving behavior’ to the attention of authorities. Cruz later went on a shooting spree at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School, murdering two teachers and 15 of his fellow students.” —Georgia
Re: The LGBTQ+BS Gender-Bender Generation
“Here on the Left Coast, it is abundantly clear how destructive the ‘gender confusion’ agenda is, and just as clear that its objective is to undermine one of the critical founding pillars of our nation: marriage and family.” —Washington
“An abomination by any other name is still an abomination. My deep disgust is with those malicious, evil people who push their gender-confusion filth on children, and with ‘parents’ who willingly subject children to this abomination. May God have mercy on their souls!” —Colorado
“With 95% of media captured by the regime and running propaganda for the insane whims of 10% of the population, even an overwhelming majority of Americans disagreeing with them isn’t enough. They do not get the hint and do not change their message. Look at the last decade of declining ratings as evidence. Their TV and radio programming, newspapers, etc. are all tanking, yet they remain steadfastly committed to this programming. Want to know where all the federal discretionary spending goes? It goes to prop up media enterprises that would collapse into bankruptcy if they were forced to survive by broadcasting their nonsense to real market forces.” —New Jersey
“I think the accusations of ‘woke’ are grossly overexaggerated.” —Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Mark Milley
“Pardon me, General. I am no military defense expert. But it seems to me anytime our nation’s military leaders expend any resources to teach our professional military members about anything that cannot contribute to defeating and deterring our enemies, that is waste, abuse, and fraud: a waste of resources; an abuse of our military volunteers; and dereliction of duty.” —Missouri
Re: Profiles of Valor: 1LT William Marshall Goree
“Thank you for this profile of Lt. Goree. My father also fought his way through Europe in defense of Liberty, and this account reminded me of the fight he took to the enemy. I proudly followed his example as an Army officer. We live in a time when we are in dire need of more young people who exemplify the love of Liberty and country demonstrated by those of the Greatest Generation.” —California
Re: The Invincible Anna Mae Bullock
“Impressive. I was never a big fan of Tina Turner — her fame postdated most of my interest in popular music. But her story is inspirational. Your essay validates the inspiration of Anna Mae Bullock.” —Missouri
