Re: Clarence Thomas Eviscerates KBJ’s Race-Bait Rhetoric
“If Justice Jackson truly believed that racial equality in all areas should reflect the statistical percentages of the various races/ethnicities in the population, she would resign since her presence on the Court creates a statistical imbalance. According to her reasoning, only Justice Thomas should be on the bench, since he more closely maintains the racial balance of ‘blackness’ (11.11%), whereas HER addition to the Court unbalances that ratio at 22.22%, almost 10% greater than ‘equity’ would allow. But, she doesn’t, so she won’t.” —New York
“KBJ is a good example of an affirmative action hire — someone clearly hired on the basis of skin color, not on her capability for interpreting law at the highest level of the judiciary.” —Tennessee
“Of course the inimitable Justice Thomas exposed the lie that racism can be solved by more racism. Selecting anyone for anything based upon their race is racism. Chief Justice Roberts has this right: ‘Eliminating racial discrimination means eliminating all of it.’” —California
“As Alexander has made plain, what he correctly calls ‘affirmative discrimination’ upended MLK’s dream that his children would ‘not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character.’” —Massachusetts
“We kept our promise to put the first black woman on the Supreme Court. And, by the way, I think she may be the intellectually brightest person on the Court. She’s incredible.” —Joe Biden
“If she is so intellectually bright, why is she unable to answer the question of what is a woman? Especially since, unlike some of Biden’s appointees, she actually is one.” —Delaware
Re: SCOTUS Rules: A Mixed Bag for Racial Discrimination
“Back in the ‘70s, I was on a plane traveling from Salt Lake City to Detroit. I happened to be sitting next to a black man. He had probably 20 years on me. We introduced ourselves and began talking. He was just a delightful person. During the course of our conversation, I asked him how he felt about affirmative action, which was quite new. Boy did he get mad. He was livid about the perception that blacks needed help to succeed. He was OFFENDED by it. He said that he earned his education (Master’s Degree) through him 'busting his butt.’ As we talked, we shared with each other where we lived. He grew up in a really scary part of the city. I will never forget him or his outspoken view of affirmative action.” —Utah
Re: What’s the Future for Affirmative Action in the Workplace?
“I find it almost amusing that people believe a Supreme Court decision has the power to make something constitutional or not constitutional. Whatever the issue, it was always constitutional or not; the justices only compare the issue at hand to the Constitution and decide whether the issue does or does not comply with the guarantees set forth therein. The sad thing is that the same issues seem to come before the Court over and over again, and the decisions seem to depend more on the political leaning of the majority of justices than on the actual wording of the Constitution.” —Florida
“The most consistent racism and supremacy for decades has come directly from the Left. Everything with them is black and white, and not in the normal way of that phrase. The first thing they see or work for each day is the spread of their brand of division by skin color, age, gender, income level, education level, etc.” —California
Re: Down Goes Biden’s Student Loan Bribe
“My husband, my daughter, and I have discussed the student loan issue over the years. My husband still has a substantial student loan debt from returning to school; my daughter has paid her loans in full. We say that the administration can do far more to relieve the student loan debt load by getting rid of the repayment scams, which only prolong the debt-payoff process. Even better, they could eliminate interest on student loans. Why does the government need to collect interest on a loan? Unlike banks, the government is not supposed to be a for-profit institution.” —California
“I can’t understand why the millions who paid their own way or have paid back their loans haven’t been protesting outside the homes of all Democrats who supported debt loan forgiveness.” —Minnesota
“If or when conservative regain power of both houses and the presidency, one of their first acts should be starting a constitutional amendment to set the Supreme Court at nine justices. When passed by the states, this will help to ensure the liberals/Democrats can’t establish permanent control by ‘packing the court.’” —Florida
Re: Independence Day Bonus: The Fading ‘Royal Jackass’ Fan Club
“Can’t think of two people who more deserve to be knocked off their celebrity perches onto their royal jackasses!” —Massachusetts
“What a great bonus article! This is one of the best disposals of these ‘royal jackasses’ I have read anywhere! Bravo Zulu for taking down these ingrates in Patriot style!” —California
“Throw all the dirt you like at your fellow countryman, Meghan and her handsome Prince. The pair are the exemplars of U.S. celebrity culture. Your media laps them up. But stop it with the snarling at my King. You got your independence centuries ago and you still bear a personal grudge.” —Washington
“Stop giving these royal leeches anymore exposure! We got rid of their antecedents 250 years ago because we didn’t want them then, and that has not changed since.” —Texas
“Those who would advocate this attitude of allegiance to the LGBTQ+ lifestyle ought to read about what God did to Sodom and Gomorrah for practicing the same lifestyle. Every word in the Bible is true; it doesn’t matter if a person believes it or not. But a warning and counsel should be needed from it before heading off willy-nilly into this detrimental popularity.” —Washington
Re: The Left’s Trans Suicide Lie
“If nearly half of the children claiming to want to ‘transition’ have psychiatric diagnoses, shouldn’t we seriously doubt their ability to make a competent choice in such a serious matter? Given the appalling ethical failures and practical disaster of the ‘gender care’ racket, I would not want be a lawyer for those who have pushed it on their patients.” —Minnesota
“I’ve said this very thing for years ever since I began working for a plastic surgeon who does ‘top surgery.’ The one commonality in every single case has been a history of depression and/or anxiety along with other psychiatric problems. No matter what mental health treatment is available for these patients, the ‘solution’ is always surgery. And as a psychiatrist once said, gender identity disorder is the only mental illness that is ‘treated’ with surgery. The underlying depression most of these people suffer from will not be cured by having body parts removed or implanted, as is obvious from the high suicide rate AFTER they ‘transition.’” —Pennsylvania
Re: Another Gender-Confused Mass Assailant Strikes
“The Democrat mayors and other ‘leaders’ in these cities should be made totally responsible for this violence. They should be asked, Why is this happening in your city? What are you doing in your city to prevent similar tragedies? Do you encourage family life and fathers’ involvement in your city?” —Pennsylvania
“There is substantial evidence linking the psycho-active meds these murderers are taking to their actions. These chemical cocktails can sure become a catalyst for this horrific behavior.” —North Carolina
