Re: The Christian Debate on Attending LGBTQ+ Weddings

“I have personally advised those who have come to me in a similar situation not to attend a ceremony celebrating the ‘marriage’ of those outside the gracious definition and boundaries of genuine marriage given by God in His holy Word. I also read Robert Gagnon’s response to the situation with Alistair Begg. The thoughtful and gracious response by Emmy Griffin is even better. Thank you for journalism, news reporting, and editorials that are consistently solid. Greatly appreciate your work.” —Nebraska

“I just read your article and wanted to say you did a great job. It was good and clear. I pastor a Baptist church and have for a long time — in ministry for 49 years. You did a fine job. I am glad we have ya’ll and am glad we support ya’ll. God bless.” —South Carolina

“I am a Christian, although I freely admit that I am not very good at it, sorely in need of education and practice. However, there is NO WAY I would ever attend a queer civil union or any other queer/trans event. First of all, a marriage is biblical, a bonding of a man and a woman before God in HOLY matrimony, not two men, two women, or two of anything pretending to be what they are not. Such is clearly sacrilegious, and to attend such a function is to accept and embrace what is a blatant insult to God. I don’t see how anyone could see it any other way! It is not a matter of being polite or considerate; such accommodations are not to be extended to their sins, as you cannot accept such and still be of service to God.” —California

“I highly respect Alistair Begg but must agree with others that the grandmother must tell the grandson she loves him, and always will, but cannot attend the wedding. And she shouldn’t send a gift either. Maybe a card to the grandson explaining her love, but since the Bible says marriage is between a man and a woman, she cannot go against our supreme teacher, Jesus Christ.” —California

Re: The True Trans Agenda: Family Separation

“The entire queer/trans agenda has, from the start, been part of an agenda to demoralize and weaken our nation. Our nation, as a whole, is the victim of the ‘Paradox of Tolerance,’ now naturally to the point where they come after our children and we meekly protest in hushed whispers for fear of being called a ‘homophobe’ or ‘transphobe’ — fabricated terms wielded as weapons against the sane. Likewise with the open borders, only the insult is ‘xenophobe,’ as they have usurped our language and weaponized it against us, and in the name of ‘tolerance’ we have submitted! If NOT our children, if NOT our country, what hill is worth dying on?” —California

Re: Zuck’s Doublespeak

“We need to be cautious, if not cynical, about Zuckerberg’s ‘good will’ and apparent willingness to ‘help’ lest we create yet another crony capitalist bureaucracy, one that intends to ‘clean up’ social media and again put foxes in charge of the henhouse. My suspicion is that Zuckerberg would like nothing better than to become part of, if not head up, such an agency.” —Idaho

“Yet another dog and pony show, as Zuckerberg has enough money to buy anything he wants, including members of Congress. Have We the People not yet learned that longevity breeds corruption? Buy or blackmail a member of Congress and you own him for life, whereas if we had term limits, it would be much more difficult and much more expensive to constantly and continually corrupt the great number of individuals filing through. Not to mention the fact that most would likely be incorruptible. Then there is the simple fact that the very concept of a ‘career politician’ is antithetical to the idea that our government is of the people, by the people, and for the people.” —California

Re: The Real Middle Finger to America

“It is the obligation of the president to see that the country’s laws are enforced. Since Biden refuses to see that the immigration laws are enforced, he actually should be impeached and removed from office. Of course, if Congress were to do that, we would get Harris in the Oval Office. It was a master stroke of political planning for Biden when he chose such a horribly unsuitable person to replace him if an impeachment should succeed. Yet another black mark against the Democrats that they would stoop to such cynical behavior. At least The Donald picked someone who could have done a decent job of governing.” —Florida

Scofflaws, like the criminals who attacked police and then gave middle fingers to Americans, are rampant. One political party (D) condones this lawbreaking; the other political party (R) is late to the decision to solve this problem. We have immigration laws now — enforce them. The lie that we need to codify 5,000 daily scofflaws is wrong. Some idiots, like Senator McConnell, just won’t do the right thing.“ —Alaska

"Every illegal immigrant who is apprehended should have every possible ID record made — photos (front and back, head to toes), fingerprints, handprints, footprints, DNA samples, iris scans — no matter where they go next. Don’t want to be identifiable? Don’t sneak into the country. If they cross illegally a second time, turn them around and let Mexico deal with them, with notice that any legal applications for entry in the future will be declined. Citizens have all the rights; legal foreign visitors have many rights; trespassers have few rights.” —Alabama

Re: The FBI’s Dire Warning About China

“Mr. Wray’s warning on China is ironic, if not downright hypocritical. The Biden administration — bought and paid by the PRC — has done nothing but prostrate itself and American interests before the PRC. Mr. Pompeo’s call for reciprocity does not go far enough. It’s time for a complete economic disengagement with the PRC.” —California

“Electrical utilities have been busy installing ‘smart meters’ on all of their customers. One of the common features is the ability of power companies to shut off connected smart appliances remotely through the meter, or even to shut off power completely. Imagine the chaos that would ensue if a hostile foreign power gained control of this function and began randomly cutting off everything from air conditioners to industrial manufacturing equipment. Repeated rapid power ‘glitches’ can damage equipment as well as hamper productivity. Besides cybersecurity, it would be wise to add backup power to critical functions. For example, using a UPS on a CNC machine control unit can save parts in progress if power to the motors is interrupted.” —Minnesota

Re: Biden’s ‘[Insert Policy Failure Here] Crisis’

“I am convinced at this point that Biden’s policy is ‘crisis.’ Nobody but nobody could be this unintentionally inept.” —California

“Anyone who is familiar with Orwell’s 1984 will recognize Joe Biden’s surreal pronouncements. ‘Oceania is at war with Eurasia. Oceania has always been at war with Eurasia.’” —Illinois
