Re: Jack Smith’s October Non-Surprise
“What we seem to have here is a federal government that is essentially a criminal organization. Lying ‘representatives,’ lying ‘leaders,’ non-neutral judges, highly political prosecutors — not to mention highly partisan ‘news’ companies. Sometimes I begin to wonder if it isn’t rapidly approaching the time when the U.S. government needs to be rebuilt. Fire them all and start over. Maybe it would take another 250 years until it needs to be done again.” —Florida
“Let’s face it, we have a justice system that is broken and needs to be overhauled. A tune-up just won’t get the job done. Until we get a leader who is not beholden to the Swamp, it will never happen.” —Texas
Re: George Soros Interferes in Our Election
“AM radio is the only commercial nighttime radio medium that has any range. FM is line-of-sight. In college, I used to listen to WQXR in New York, WOWO in Indiana, and a third station in North Carolina. U.S. automakers have decided to (idiotically) copy Europe and produce new cars with no AM radios. In my opinion, this may be considered a conspiracy to eliminate sources of news for the general public in times of emergencies. It also eliminates broadcast venues for conservative talk radio hosts. God save us from these tinkerers of our lawful rights.” —Massachusetts
Re: Federal Judge Blocks CA’s Anti-Satire Deepfake Law
“I enjoy parody and am generally not offended by the subject choice. I am, however, suspicious of AI-generated content. It’s too easy to fabricate misinformation, and I think it should be easily identified by a watermark or text disclaimer until further understood. If you are afraid to identify AI, it is probably because you have a bridge to sell.” —Washington
Re: The Illegal Immigration Hurricane
“Thanks, Nate. The data here shows clearly why folks should not support Democrats at any level. Here again, the Democrats prefer illegals over citizens, just as they prefer Ukraine over needy veterans. I could go on. Should the American electorate be so foolish as to elect Kamala Harris, it is the electorate that is brain-dead.” —California
“Mayorkas says FEMA is broke. DHS and the AP say it’s not. That Mayorkas doesn’t know what is going on in his own department is not surprising since he has spent the FEMA fortune on the consequences of his ‘secure’ border. When Franklin Graham and other charities show up several days before POTUS, VPOTUS, Pothole Pete, et.al., anyone who believes in big government is not paying attention.” —New Hampshire
Re: Is FEMA FUBAR?
“This was an informed and thoughtful assessment of FEMA and the rescue/recovery efforts in my home state. Thank you for packaging up what the nation needs to know if they are thinking FEMA will take care of them.” —North Carolina
“In the military, we have different levels of incompetence: SNAFU — Situation Normal: All Fouled/F—ed Up; TARFU — Things Are Really Fouled/F—ed Up; and FUBAR — Fouled/F—ed Up Beyond All Repair. There is a fourth level, BOHICA, but I will spare your gentle readers the meaning of that acronym. FEMA is definitely FUBAR and working its way up to BOHICA.” —Illinois
“FEMA Director Deanne Criswell is a monument to childless cat ladies. She set out to ‘change FEMA’ when appointed, and certainly has.” —Oklahoma
“$750? Wow, Kamala! ‘If you qualify.’ And it may be a loan! Tone-deaf is an understatement.” —Utah
“Regarding the ‘climate change’ science and hurricanes, CNN’s fact-checkers are actually ‘fake-checkers.’” —Maryland
Re: FEMA’s Perverse Priorities
“I recall a time when FEMA gave/issued mobile homes to those who had adequate ‘rising water’ coverage in southeast Texas, while those who had no hurricane insurance would be allowed to apply for a standard mortgage loan with federal backing. Several of our friends lost everything and had to move back in with parents. By the way, the recipients of the mobile homes sold them at discounted rates FOR CASH.” —Texas
Re: Remember, Flooding Can Cause EV Battery Fires
“Some vehicles with internal combustion engines also have lithium batteries instead of lead-acid batteries. There are also toy cars and yard equipment powered by lithium batteries. The same warning applies to all of these — if they’ve been flooded, remove the battery and move it to a safe location. DO NOT put it out in the open where it can be rained upon! If the battery pack appears to have remained dry and it is at normal temperature, it may be safe to put back in service after a few days. If it’s unusually warm, get it away from buildings or flammable vegetation (handle it like a bomb), bury it in dry sand if possible, and contact the fire department for further instructions. If it’s smoking or leaking, get away, then call 911.” —Minnesota
Re: Harris’s Bald-Faced Lies — Endorsed by CNN
“The big news platforms are nothing more than propaganda profiteers! Useful idiots propagating useful idiots. What we need are voters who can THINK — but thinking is like kryptonite to Harris-Walz supporters.” —Illinois
“Lies are the primary ingredients in the MSM/Harris potion.” —Pennsylvania
“Thanks for the crystal clarity of these columns. They are truly a beacon of light amid all the political fog here on the Left Coast.” —California
Re: Bogus Trans Study Backs Bogus Trans Science
“After a number of retracted publications in various scientific disciplines forced because of bad or fraudulent data analysis, it is now standard to make data sets available for public view. There are methods to anonymize the data when it involves treatment of individuals. The refusal to provide the data suggests an ulterior motive, or a data set so small that anonymizing may not be effective. In the latter case, the validity of the study is small to nonexistent.” —Minnesota
Re: Profiles of Valor: Lt Col Edwin Cottrell (USAF, Ret.)
“Thank you, Ed Cottrell, for your amazing life story. As you are in Hendersonville, I hope you and your home survived the storms. Good to know Hendersonville has its own flying hero.” —North Carolina
“As a former Naval Aviator, I have a deep appreciation for these inspiring profiles of truly heroic Americans. Thanks to Patriot Post for reminding us who we really are amid all the political rancor.” —New York
