Re: Our 250th Patriots’ Day — With Gratitude

“We are in Concord this week with other Medal of Honor recipients for the 250th Patriots’ Day celebration. It was a pleasure to start my Saturday morning reading Alexander’s tribute to the first generation of American Patriots! I commend its reading to every freedom-loving American!” —Massachusetts

Re: CNN’s Taylor Lorenz Interview Illustrates All That Is Wrong With the Left

“This is not a surprise coming from a radical leftist culture that has such a low view of humanity and human dignity. This is how we got to abortion as ‘healthcare’ and a ‘moral good,’ or murdering elderly people and those with chronic illnesses (or even just an individual who no longer wants to live) in the name of ‘dying with dignity,’ or supporting a terrorist organization like Hamas as the ‘good guys.’ They call Musk and Trump ‘Nazis’ when it’s they who bear the likeness of Adolf Hitler and the Third Reich. ‘Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!’ (Isaiah 5:20) Jesus has already won the victory. Praise Jesus! He is Risen!” —Massachusetts

Re: Trump’s Easter Message Is Quite the Opposite of Biden’s

“Did Biden really write the message from 2024? I am more convinced than ever that he was cognitively unaware of what was going on in his office. I would love to know why anyone would choose one of the seven deadly sins as a symbol of a movement. Thank you, President Trump, for the return to our Christian roots and for celebrating what made this country great in the first place.” —Wisconsin

“Trump did not express much religious belief during his first term, but I think that the near-death episode in Butler, PA, caused an epiphany for him. He is now expressing his faith publicly and unabashedly. I feel that God spared Trump so that he could return this country to the God-fearing republic which was its founding.” —Pennsylvania

Re: Abrego Garcia Is ‘Not a Maryland Man’

“The Democrats are afraid they won’t be able to hire cheap labor to clean their houses and care for their lawns. They have already stated that more than once. The illegals will take jobs at less than minimum wage for cash and don’t need to be reported on taxes. Personally, it seems to me that they are promoting slavery and getting away with it. Every citizen has to fill out an I-9 to get a job with a legitimate company; illegals can only do it with help from those willing to risk getting caught committing fraud. I actually feel bad for the people who have come from other countries hoping for a better life, because the wolves are watching and waiting to prey on the illegals.” —Wisconsin

Re: Trump to Harvard: FAFO

“I would love to see Harvard fall, not because I am a graduate of another college, but because when you get too big for your britches, then the fall follows. Harvard has reached a point where it defies court orders and thinks it is too important. I am not impressed and actually feel sad for people who have to put that name on their résumés.” —Wisconsin

“Here’s a challenge for the Harvard eggheads: Show us where in the Constitution Congress is authorized to give you one penny for anything other than ROTC scholarships or defense-related research. And don’t waste our time claiming it’s for ‘the general welfare.’ James Madison refuted that one two centuries ago. If Congress has no authority to give you money, you’re not entitled to it. You aren’t arguing for ‘free speech’; you’re demanding we pay you for it.” —Minnesota

Re: Thursday: Below the Fold

“It sure looks like the fencing association is helping Stephanie Turner build a good (financially crippling) lawsuit against it. May she prevail well enough to help establish a new and better association. One that women, men, and paying audiences all support over the old one.” —Florida

Re: The Law Comes for Letitia James

“There is one major difference between the anti-Trump ‘lawfare’ and this new investigation, which isn’t mentioned in this article, but I think is possibly the most important distinction: James campaigned for years on digging up something, ANYTHING, to ‘get Trump.’ In contrast, the investigation of James was based on information and belief and was initiated by a news article from private journalists outlining a complaint and evidence leading to a suspect. Just because a politician is prosecuted doesn’t make it lawfare. By definition, ‘lawfare’ isn’t justice, so justice cannot be ‘lawfare.’” —Minnesota

Re: Profiles of Valor: CPL Jason Dunham

“Thank you for this exceptional profile of a fellow Marine and New York native, Jay Dunham. As noted, ‘In an ultimate and selfless act of bravery in which he was mortally wounded, he saved the lives of at least two fellow Marines.’ And thank you for publishing the reflections by his mom.” —New York
