“I was always skeptical of a guy named ‘Alejandro’ being in charge of the southern border. That’s tantamount to a person named ‘Abdul’ being in charge of cracking down on antisemitism.”

Re: The Consequences of Opening the Floodgates to Fraud and Foreigners

“Remember, there were two reasons initially for the census. Reason #2 was to determine each state’s contribution, as a percentage, to the federal budget. If the states still funded the federal budget this way, and each state had to pay the federal government based on the number of people residing in it, states like California would be much less anxious to be a sanctuary. Now, these blue states receive major ‘flow through’ funds from the federal government to reimburse illegal activities, plus they get increased representation in Congress.” —Ohio

“Executive orders that break federal law should be punishable by impeachment or dismissal sooner rather than later. When you add it all up, every senator and House member who sits in silence is culpable for the outcome. At what point are the funds recovered? Do we have a plan, or is Congress incapable of recovering the money?” —Virginia

“I was always skeptical of a guy named ‘Alejandro’ being in charge of the southern border. That’s tantamount to a person named ‘Abdul’ being in charge of cracking down on antisemitism, a person named ‘Deepti’ being in charge of investigating immigration fraud committed by Indians, or a person named ‘Lin Wang’ being tasked with looking into breaches perpetrated by Chinese hackers.” —Oklahoma

Re: America 250: Celebrating Our Nation’s Christian Heritage

“Our Founding Fathers were not ashamed at all when it came to sharing their Christian faith. On the contrary, they were quite vocal, and there are numerous accounts.” —North Carolina

“What a wonderful beginning to a wonderful celebration. To those naysayers of the separation of church and state, get a life. The evil of soulless people will always be with us to remind us of the truth that there is a God.” —Wisconsin

Re: A Win for Faith in Our Military Ranks

“Thank you, Mark, for everything over our decades promoting Shields of Strength and honoring our military men and women and their families. I’m so grateful to the Lord for helping us win this one. Kenny Vaughan, CEO, Shields of Strength.” —Texas

“I am a military officer and recipient of bulk orders of Shields of Strength from The Patriot Post‘s OpSoS. I have distributed thousands of them to our Navy and Marine personnel. Thank you again!” —California

“Thanks for this good news update — I have worn my Shield of Strength through every combat tour.” —Virginia

“Once again, The Patriot Post shines in its support for our military personnel and their families!” —Florida

Re: 'If My People…’ — Part II

“This is SO encouraging! As a believer, I do believe that God is moving in a way that is unprecedented (at least in recent times). I praise God that Chattanooga (and other communities) are leading the way in a move of repentance, prayer, and revival for our nation.” —Oklahoma

Re: Virginia’s Anti-Gun Laws Under Fire

“It is too bad the various groups suing to overturn this law can’t file for reasonable ‘court costs’ against Virginia.” —Florida

Re: The DEI Odyssey

“This is not a new approach, of course. Many years ago, in the first decade of the 2000s, we attended a production of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol at a theater in Chicago. There were black members of the cast who played roles like Mrs. Fessiwig, who was not black in this 1840s story. It distracts from the story to have mixed-race marriages, or blacks in well-known white roles, while lecturing that we are all interchangeable. We are not.” —Colorado

Re: Pro-Israel Commencement Speaker Canceled

“Two commencement speakers worth mentioning: Eric Church at North Carolina and Hoda Kotb at Fordham. (We attended the Fordham event.) Both presentations were positive and uplifting, eschewing politics to recommend courses of behavior that lead to success and being a good person. Church used his guitar as a metaphor for life, and it was widely appreciated by the graduates and the faculty. It is available on YouTube and is well worth the time.” —New Jersey

Re: A Huge Victory in the ‘Transing the Kids’ Fight

“I am glad my neighbor to the southwest is doing something more than BBQ and crappy football teams. This is a step in the right direction for both Texas and the South as a whole. If my home state of Arkansas can follow its neighbors’ lead, that would be even better for me and the state.” —Arkansas
