Re: A Demonic Horror Scene in Northern Ireland

“My son and I spent 10 days in Ireland last year. We avoided going over the border into Northern Ireland as we had been warned that things were unsettled there. When we left to come home to the U.S., we were on different flights. My son chose to go to London. He said it was chaos there, and everywhere he looked, there were foreigners in the streets, begging and leaving messes. He said he wouldn’t choose to go back to visit Great Britain again. I am all for allowing visitors, but I think there need to be more rules to go along with the visa. I know we have problems here in the U.S. with our own citizens not picking up after themselves or pitching their trash out the windows of their vehicles as they drive down the roads.” —Oklahoma

“2050 is Europe’s deadline, as at the rate Muslims migrate and breed, every European country will be majority Muslim by then — and ancient and modern history shows that is when the extinction of the native population begins in earnest. Muslims do NOT tolerate alien cultures and religions in the countries they control. If Europe doesn’t act now, there will be no later — just fleeing to America like the Afrikaners are doing today.” —Florida

Re: What Does Trump Mean, ‘I Love the Inflation’?

“Time is of the essence. Early voting and mail-in ballots shorten the available interval between cause and effect. Trump had better pick up the pace. An Iran resolution after August will miss September due dates, delaying payments of debts until October. To make a difference in November, Trump must succeed in July — only a month away. Ticktock…” —Missouri

“If you want those combo meal prices — and everything else — to rise further and faster, keep raising the minimum wage. Even Oklahoma is considering such silliness on the ballot. I’ll vote ‘No.’ We’ll see whether we’re smart enough to reject it or whether too many blue-state refugees have infected our policies with the nonsense that ruined the states from which they fled.” —Oklahoma

Re: Is Putin Losing His War?

“The whole world now realizes that invading any country is not an easy proposition. Ukraine slowed and stopped this one, at first, with only shoulder arms. Japan had that figured out back in the ‘40s, but the U.S. had the further defense of an ocean to cross. Now, any nation with the will can stop an aggressor.” —Ontario, Canada

“How badly does Putin want a legacy— any kind of legacy? He hasn’t used the nuclear option yet. He doesn’t care for the lives of his own soldiers; why should he care for anyone else’s? If all he wants is to be remembered by history, why wouldn’t he unleash a nuclear holocaust?” —California

Re: Oh Say Can You Still See — at 250?

“A lucid analysis of where our nation is on the eve of our Declaration’s 250th. We should all take note.” —California

“As an Army general officer (ret.), I spoke last week on Army Day about our flag as the symbol of our nation. I ended my remarks with Alexander’s comments on how the first stanza of our national anthem concludes: 'Oh, say, does that star-spangled banner yet wave, O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave?’ Alexander declared, ‘The answer to that question rests with you and me.’ Indeed, it does.” —Tennessee

Re: Jill Biden’s Memoir Is a Vain Rewrite

“They ‘let’ Joe run again because Jill and the other people pulling the strings behind the curtain really believed they could continue with the big fat lie that is/was Joe. Her book, I’m sure, is all about what a good wife she is/has been. That is also a big fat lie. She has always been in it for what she could get out of the relationship — at any cost. You only have to read the Vanity Fair article to understand that. Jill and Joe are only the more recent Bill and Hill.” —Alabama

Re: Congress Should Stay Out of College Sports

“I’m surprised to see Senator Cruz conflate regulating ‘commerce among the states’ with interstate commerce. The Constitution gives Congress power to regulate the former, in essence, to override state actions that put out-of-state sellers at a disadvantage. Congress might have something to say about state legislators’ funding of bidding contests for college athletes, but regulating schedules is unconstitutional overreach. If sports get too unbalanced, the market will retaliate by going elsewhere for entertainment. Let the people take care of it.” —Minnesota

Re: The SPLC’s Bad Day in the House

“Hate groups just hate being called out. But they have the Democrats’ backing, so they can do no wrong or harm.” —Montana

Re: Clueless

“Thank you for the message. I would add it’s more than just reading; it is the study of the message. Many people read and think, ‘Well, that was nice,’ but miss the passage’s meaning. God has given us promises. These promises come with a requirement to heed what God has said. Salvation comes after the acceptance of Jesus as Lord and Savior. Please keep these reminders coming. They are a very welcome message in today’s world.” —Montana
