Re: “The Biden/Blinken Blatant Blame Game

“‘We inherited a deadline,’ Blinken argued. ‘We did not inherit a plan.’ Could there be a more blatantly lame rationalization and admission of the Biden administration’s failed leadership in the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan? To blame the previous administration, which established a plan for an orderly and safe U.S. withdrawal based on Taliban- and Afghan government-met conditions, is unconscionable. Biden’s resulting debacle and tragedy that is Afghanistan, not to mention the neglect of future strategic area interests, call for his as well as others’ resignation or removal from office.” —Florida

Re: “Why Is Mark Milley Still Employed?

“The much-suggested, even demanded, resignation of General Milley should not, must not, be allowed. If the charges are true, resigning is the easy and painless opportunity to walk away from a violation that may be equal to, and possibly greater than, that of Benedict Arnold. Milley should be investigated and, if the charges are sound and provable, tried by his peers in a general court-martial under the provisions of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. Although he is a four-star general and chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, under the UCMJ, he is no different from any other soldier accused of a crime. I know it sounds corny, but let justice be done.” —Missouri

“This is an easy fix. Release the transcripts and let us judge for ourselves. If there were 15 people in the room, I’m sure there is a record of who said what. Trump released the transcripts of his call. Let this lowlife do the same.” —Illinois

“Doug Andrews suggested that ‘we need a thorough investigation into how the leadership of our armed forces could possibly have sunk so low.' I seem to recall a 'drumming-out’ by the Obama regime of competent, experienced, and patriotic senior military commanders loyal to the Constitution. When you clean the cash drawer of large-denomination bills, all you’re left with is small change.” —Kansas

Re: “Dems Plan to Fleece Americans

“Lyin’ Joe is lying again! If the tax law passes and eliminates the 20% deduction on qualified business income (QBI), it will raise my taxes. I am a sole proprietor/contractor in the IT industry. Since I am payed on 1099s by my clients, I have to pay both sides of the entitlement taxes. QBI is how I reduce my taxes to be effectively the same for regular W-2 employees. I can attest that I do indeed not make $400K per year, so this means that all those out there who are paid contractors on 1099s will see their taxes go up substantially.” —Texas

“The Democrats’ proposed increase in capital gains taxation would hit working families who have invested some of their earnings in mutual funds. Anybody who believed the Democrats’ promise that ‘Joe Biden won’t raise taxes on working families’ was too gullible. I don’t recall a single time since 1963 that a Democrat kept a promise not to raise taxes.” —Minnesota

“Those who will pay more taxes will seek to recover their losses. There are two ways to recover their losses: (1) demand higher prices in their products and services, or (2) cut costs. Commonly, they do a little of both. But the consumer always pays more for the goods and services.” —Missouri

“The problem, as I see it, is that the ‘increased revenue’ projected from tax plans will not be used to pay down debt or cut into the deficit, but rather to expand the scope of government in our lives. This has been going on at least since Franklin D. Roosevelt and probably back to the beginning of the 20th century.” —Washington

Re: “Give Up Our Guns?

“All one has to do is look at what is happening in Australia to see how valuable the Second Amendment is for people living in the United States.” —California

Re: “Left-Wing Hate Is Out of Control

“It is very simple. The Democrat Party is the party of racism and hate. It always has been. From anti-Catholic/anti-Irish bigotry to slavery to the KKK to Jim Crow to opposition to civil rights to CRT to constant false accusations of racism, they own it! The ‘black face[s] of white supremacism’ are those modern black politicians who serve their Democrat masters for accolades and self-enrichment, while protecting the party and doing little for their constituencies. They then blame ‘the racist system’ for the lack of results. However, they always seem to make out quite well. A number of names come to mind. While the GOP may be the ‘party of stupid,’ Democrats are demonstrably the party of deceit, racism, and hate.” —North Carolina

Re: “Anti-American Student Literally Trashes 9/11 Display

“Americans as the true racists that they are should help this poor oppressed person who is imprisoned in the country he hates by buying him a one-way ticket to his native nonracist home and do so as soon as possible and even provide an escort to have him safely boarded on a homebound plane.” —Alberta
