Re: “Masculinity Is Being Attacked”
“I don’t care what they say. I will still open doors for a lady. I will still say ‘Yes sir’ and ‘No sir.’ I will still stand for our national anthem. I will work hard to best serve my family. I will still keep my property well maintained. I will stand up and fight for what I think is right. Have I felt like a dinosaur over the last 20-25 years? You betcha. But I am comfortable in my own skin, beliefs, and philosophy. I still do manly things that teach me new skills and add to my knowledge. Bottom line: When the spam hits the fan or the zombie apocalypse arrives, I will be the last one eaten; other less-manly folks will be the first.” —Texas
Re: “Joe Biden’s Killer Night Flights”
“As if the lunacy of open borders and the release of thousands of illegals into the U.S. isn’t enough, ponder for a moment the cost of flying these people all over the country. An average of 36 passengers on government-chartered flights? The average capacity of today’s mid-range airliners ranges from around 100 to well over 200. We are paying up to seven times the average cost of flying these ILLEGALS throughout the country. Shameful!” —Maryland
“Governor DeSantis has the right idea as to what to do with the illegals who have been forced into his state, but it needs more of a boost. Midnight flights to blue states would allow for those innocent immigrants who came here merely to live a better life to pursue their dreams in California, Illinois, New York, Delaware, Washington, DC, and any neighborhood populated by Democrat representatives and senators. After all, they do call for equity in all things, don’t they? Then let them show us their sincerity by embracing diversity in their own backyards.” —Missouri
Re: “Green New Infrastructure”
“Thanks to the Biden misadministration, natural gas prices in the northern states are predicted to increase by as much as 130% this winter, and propane prices will also go up substantially. A major reason for this prediction is that by constricting supply with regulations while increasing demand for electricity from natural gas-powered generators (EV charging, anyone?), those who fret about the global temperature maybe going up by 0.04°C have limited the refilling of gas reservoirs depleted by last winter’s unusually cold weather. This will have negative consequences for the environment since those who can will burn firewood instead. It is even probable that some will be cutting down live trees in midwinter if firewood runs short.” —Minnesota
Re: “Biden and Xi Make a Climate ‘Deal’”
“While much of the MSM heralded the ‘agreement’ as a significant step forward in the effort to tackle climate change, the reality is, like the dubious Paris Agreement, it’s a lot of bloviating and regulation without any real substance when it comes to affecting the earth’s temperatures. In truth, it’s little other than an agreement to talk. Ask yourself how well the ‘agreement to talk’ has worked with the mullahs in Iran over their pursuit of nuclear weapons… China will, as usual, talk until the cows come home and advance NOTHING!” —Maryland
Re: “Fifth Circuit Rebukes Biden’s ‘Sledgehammer’ Vax Mandate”
“I am not really sure why the Biden administration would think that requiring a vaccine mandate will somehow improve his poll numbers. My wife and I have both been fully vaccinated since March. Both of us then got the Delta variant in July from our three- and six-year-old grandsons (she had what appeared a mild cold and I was asymptomatic, both outcomes probably from having been vaccinated since we are in our upper 60s). However, I have canceled going to shows at the Denver Performing Arts Center because they require proof of vaccination, something that is none of its business.” —Colorado
