Regardless of Trump’s achievements as president, he is so obnoxious and divisive that the only hope for any scrap of banding together for the good of the country, and particularly for the potential success of any conservative issue, is for him to leave the political scene and certainly not run again. Unfortunately, he will solidify the division of the country, and he and many other Republicans will lose the next election. —California

If the Left is willing to believe and defend a little boy’s declaration that he is a girl, on what logical basis could it deny him a right to declare he’s also an adult? It cannot argue that objective facts like his age are relevant; five minutes ago, facts determined what a man and a woman are, until suddenly they didn’t. If a pedophile persuades an impressionable child to declare he is an adult, and therefore able to consent to sexual activity, is sex between them no longer a crime? Is it murder to kill and eat someone who thinks he’s a cow? That’s the problem with slippery slopes: they’re slippery. —Georgia

A woman is a human being who has XX chromosomes. A man is a human being whose chromosomes are XY. There are occasional problems when a human being is born with XXY or XYY chromosomes. In any case, nobody should be allowed to get gender-changing surgeries until they are 21. They can receive counseling and respect and care. No one should be allowed to bully or harass anyone. 
No gender-reassignment surgeon should be allowed to do the operation until the patient is 21. —Nevada

Nice job. Sixteen paragraphs to defend what a woman is in reality. It may be too late for the people who have alternative thoughts on the actuality of sexual identity. For the others, take your meds and show up for your counseling appointments. —Washington

Right on, my brother! Right on! We have got to stop feeling intimidated by disturbed individuals who choose to be offended by anyone who does not “affirm” their deviant choices. As a Christian, I don’t believe that affirming an individual’s deviant life choice is the loving thing to do. They have the right to make their own choices about how to live their lives, but I cannot agree to support or encourage any one of them in a choice that is damaging to them and others. I believe that God, who created us in His own image and gave us a book of instructions on how to choose a way of life that is not destructive, is the one to follow in order to have a joyful, fulfilled life. “All Americans share the common interest in a strong U.S. military” (House Armed Services Committee panel). Would that it were so, but I’m not so sure anymore. For decades, our children have been taught that America is a hotbed of racist, sexist, homophobic, and xenophobic colonialism, all funded by — shudder — capitalism! It’s not surprising that once grown, they see no benefit to risking their lives in defense of such a country. Those who know enough to see this leftist description of our nation as laughable propaganda are likely also well-informed about the current blight of wokeness infecting our Armed Forces and have no desire to be subjected to it. I hope that whoever the ultimate GOP candidate for president is, he or she will give Winsome Sears serious consideration as his/her running mate. She is a dynamic speaker who has a good grasp of issues confronting America now. Being pro-2A is a big plus. I think many black and white women would be drawn to her.
