“Kamala Harris was such a horrible vice president that they allowed a man with dementia (and maybe cancer) to continue running the country rather than let her take up the mantle.”

Re: The Memorial Day Profiles of Valor
“I am deeply touched by your Memorial Day dedication. The quote from Samuel Adams indeed represents what it is all about and bears repeating here: ‘Contemplate the mangled bodies of your countrymen, and then say, "What should be the reward of such sacrifices?” … If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animating contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands, which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen!’“ —Oregon
"What a remarkable Memorial Day tribute — nowhere else in the online or print media will anyone provide such a fitting compilation honoring those who have paid the ultimate price for all of us. And so many young Americans have no idea what that price is. Thank you from this combat Marine!” —California
“Memorial Day sales… Great job calling these companies out for their disgraceful disregard of the solemn day of observance honoring those who have earned it. The commercialization has become so common place, but I will never see a ‘Memorial Day Sale’ ad the same way again.” —Florida
“Mark — From a veteran, thanks from the bottom of my heart for this inspiring column. I have felt nothing but thoughtful kindness from Americans for my service. It’s people and publications like you and yours that make me feel proud to have served our great country! Thank you so much!” —Nebraska
Re: The Medals of Sacrifice, With Gratitude
“Thank you for your dedication to our first responders, particularly law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Alexander’s devotion to the men and women in blue has been evident for years, and after reading he was a uniformed officer early in his career, I better understand why! This recognition of their service and sacrifice is long overdue.” —Missouri
Re: Reconsidering the 25th Amendment
“Selecting Kamala Harris as his VP was a Faustian bargain Joe Biden made to ensure more votes because of her skin color and gender and to be able to proclaim that she would be the first female vice president. However, reality set in when either he or his advisers realized that Harris could not succeed him if he became incapacitated in any way. What’s unknown and unknowable is who was the puppet master pulling the strings that propped up Biden and made all the decisions of his office. Fully understanding Harris’s complete lack of leadership abilities and seriousness about her position as VP precluded the puppet master from pulling the 25th Amendment strings. Biden managed to hang on until the disastrous debate. The rest is history.” —California
“One thing that people have completely neglected to point out, which I don’t understand, is that Kamala Harris was such a horrible vice president that they allowed a man with dementia (and maybe cancer) to continue running the country rather than let her take up the mantle. Hilarious. (Not really.)” —Colorado
“This was a silent coup d'etat by the person or persons who used Mr. Biden as a puppet president. How many bills or executive orders did he actually sign with full cognizance of their contents? Who was actually responsible for the terrible policies of that regime? Let us hear no more from Democrats about an ‘insurrection’ or ‘Trump the Dictator’ until they at least answer those questions.” —Minnesota
“In light of the ‘legacy’ media’s recent admissions regarding their failure to discern and objectively report on Joe Biden’s fitness to effectively lead our nation for the entirety of his presidential term, why, indeed, should Americans trust and believe them and those who speak for Biden now? The mainstream media omissions and duplicity in ‘covering’ the Biden administration for four years have contributed to today’s unfortunate, sad state of affairs regarding truth and trust for all concerned.” —Florida
“Yes! Not only should you take their words with a giant block of salt, but you MUST start driving the point further for future elections and governance. When can Americans ever start believing Democrats again? Time and again, they have proven themselves liars who will stop at nothing, say anything, and do anything to preserve their hold on power, citizens of America be damned!” —California
“How is it possible for this man’s prostate cancer not to have been detected during his many years of free medical care while he was robbing us blind?Anyone over 55 who does not have a PSA test every year is gambling with the future. Prostate cancer is very treatable, especially if it is caught early. As an American, I feel nothing for Joe Biden because of what he has done to this country. Only God can forgive him. He does not even deserve the space the column in this reporting venue has provided.” —Massachusetts
Re: Supreme Court Blocks Trump’s Alien Enemies Act Deportations
“This is a very bad decision by our Supreme Court. The migrants who entered illegally have no rights under the Constitution as we citizens do. They broke the law to come here when they crossed the border in droves. Sadly, there is no way that Congress can pass a bill to start wholesale deportations. The Democrats will not let that happen. They brought these illegals here for one reason and one reason only — for their dream of forever being in power by turning Texas, Ohio, and Florida blue. All they have to do is get back in power and pass a major illegal citizenship bill and the country as we know it is over. It is cheaper to deport than to support!” —Indiana
Re: Ending Regulation That Overcriminalizes
“We need a constitutional amendment that states only Congress has the authority to enact any law that carries a criminal penalty, and that any such law not enacted by Congress is null, void, and of no effect.” —Arizona
“As a companion to DOGE, we need a Department of Constitutional Compliance (DOCC). This group would audit statutes and regulations for adherence to the original intent of the Constitution, with special emphasis on improperly delegated or usurped legislative authority and powers not enumerated to Congress. DOCC would report to Congress and to the president. But it may be easier to sunset the entire U.S. Code and start over. I.e., cut it off at the trunk instead of pruning thousands of twigs.” —Minnesota
“Federal ‘regulations’ are NOT laws. Article 1, Section 1 of the Constitution of the United States begins with the words, ‘All legislative authority herein granted shall be vested in a Congress…’ Nowhere in the document is there any authority granted to any other entity to make any kind of rule, regulation, or whatever you want to call it that carries the same authority. President Trump should issue an executive order (apparently the accepted way to legislate from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.) stating that all regulations and rules issued by bureaucrats will become void 90 days after signing. This would give Congress time to decide which regulations (indeed, which agencies) are actually needed and which should be eliminated.” —Michigan
