Re: “KBJ: Bad on Race, Soft on Child Porn

“Unfortunately, Judge Jackson will more than likely be confirmed as a SCOTUS justice. Democrats care nothing for a justice’s adherence to the Constitution in rendering opinions, but do for those supporting their ideology. And that is the difference between those appointed by Republicans and those of Democrats. Judge Jackson will just replace another likeminded leftist who is retiring. Democrats consider the Constitution a ‘living document’ to be refreshed, if considered at all, according to the times. It is not. The Constitution is our bedrock, and if any justice or nominee will not support it, they should not be confirmed and, if seated, should be removed.” —Washington

Re: “Biden’s Real Gasoline Strategy

“How much fossil fuel is required in the construction of Tesla vehicles? Electricity is absolutely required for not only the power tools and equipment but also  computers, lighting, and heating. How about transporting new Teslas to the dealerships? How will manufacturers survive without fossil fuel-generating electricity plants? Do ecofascists envision wind and solar power doing these jobs? Ha! Let us not forget all of the fossil fuel power required to mine, transport, and process materials the vehicle is made from. Fossil fuels are essential to our society and the modern world. Electric vehicles should be used together with fossil fuels. One size does not fit all situations.” —Washington

“We are not ready for electric cars during a time we are destroying our energy infrastructures and markets. Why would we purposely enrich our enemies? Is ‘the big guy’ getting his cut on the increasing costs of everything? Gee, it couldn’t have anything to do with the trillions of dollars mostly waisted in the last two years and counting. We need change, and it needs to start at the top. Who’s really running things? We know it’s not Slow Joe. Maybe he takes his marching orders from Soros or Xi or maybe Putin? Very disappointing.” —Oregon

Re: “The Truth About Ukrainian Biolabs

“Serious and deadly pathogens have to be present to be studied. So why on earth would the U.S. be funding that kind of research in Ukraine or, as we have admitted, in a hostile country like China?! It’s a fine line (or no line) between research that is for defensive purposes and research that is for offensive purposes. We shouldn’t be funding it in foreign nations anywhere.” —Georgia

“Thanks for a fact-based refutation of the ‘U.S. funding Ukraine biolabs’ stories.
The underlying problem and primary reason such ‘theories’ gain any traction is the loss of credibility that the U.S. government and mainstream media have suffered as a result of their own actions, particularly during the Trump era. Those who created the credibility crisis are to blame.” —California

Re: “The CDC’s Major Revision to COVID Death Data

“Because we allowed politicians to dictate our healthcare, we can no longer trust any government agency. Government is not the good guy in all this COVID-19 scenario. Government is never the good guy. When science depends on government, or government gets to pick the leaders of said science, you can be sure the science will be flawed. Those in government know only one thing: keep the power, keep the money. Those individuals who profess to be politicians looking out for us are unwieldy, full of fraud, and have lying honed to, dare I say, a science.” —Arizona

Re: “Dude Wins Women’s NCAA Swimming Championship

“He should know better. Even if somehow he thinks he is a woman, his conscience should have him step away from competing against women. It is a sin-cursed world and people don’t always live as they should (myself included) and we should have compassion on people who are confused about who they are. But he should also show the compassion to women and realize what he is doing is not fair. He is doing damage to women in general and his own heart should make him step aside.” —Virginia

Re: “Dems Out in Left Field on Sex

“As usual, the Left pushes too far, shooting for 100% compliance with its wishes. I grew up in a different era, and I knew, by instinct, that the way gays were treated by most, especially men, was wrong. My instinct was to treat them no differently than anyone else. NOW, things have changed. Leftists want my grandchildren, who have no idea of the difference between boys and girls, to capitulate to sexual indoctrination to accept any kind of sexual deviance. The kids don’t need that, and I’m becoming more ‘anti-gay’ as time goes on. This will blow up in their faces.” —Nevada

“All these efforts have one common target: the destruction of the foundation of all human society — the traditional family authority structure. Remove the family and civilization collapses. This will be replaced with socialism in which everyone must conform to their assigned roles or be removed from society like waste. An elite few will be excepted. The comparison with George Orwell’s 1984 is terrifyingly appropriate. We can tolerate sexual deviancy while it remains discrete. But if we allow the loss of family, in order to survive, society will regress into compliant masses versus family tribalism.” —Missouri

Re: “Dems Explore Vote-Buying Schemes

“The Democrat Party has had success making empty promises to needy voters for over 50 years, blaming the GOP when they fail to deliver. Fear of COVID-19 and fear of enforcements of social distancing, masks, shutdowns, etc. were justified to authorize mass increases in mail-in ballots, ballot collection campaigns, and unmonitored ballot boxes, all with unverifiable signatures. This effectively disenfranchised honest voters who forfeited salary and paid costs of personal transportation to take time off work and vote in 2020. The leftists got away with it in 2020. There is no reason to expect anything less in 2022 and 2024, and every reason to expect newer, more despicable perversions of our rights in favor of socialist democracy.” —Missouri

Re: “In Brief: No to Trump in 2024?

“Yes, President Trump did achieve some great things. But his temperament, and all the things Charles Cooke rightly said about him, hurt the country. He was his own worst enemy, and he made it easy for the Dems and GOP to not only grow The Swamp and bloat the budget but to steal an election that has led to great damage to the country. Yes, we need a fighter like Trump. But not a brawler like Trump. There are good options that will not give the media so much easy ammunition to hamper their administration. Let’s learn the lessons from the Trump years — from his good and bad points.” —Virginia
