All the news cycle bandwidth over the last 24 hours has been absorbed by Attorney General Pam Bondi’s latest revelation on the “Epstein Files” – Nothing to see here; move along. That directly contradicts her “big reveal” five months ago, when she declared at a clownshow confab with some of Donald Trump’s social media influencers that there were major revelations in those files. Her reversal now rightly has some of Trump’s most loyal constituents in full protest mode. Given Hillary Clinton had Epstein murdered, I mean because Epstein committed suicide prior to his conviction, the conspiracy speculation around his alleged “client list” will endure in perpetuity.

However…overshadowed by the Epstein media feeding frenzy, there was other news this week pertaining to an another file that went almost unnoticed — though it further exposed the most egregious deep-state assault on a sitting president in the history of our nation. It was a collusion conspiracy far more dangerous to our Republic and Constitution than the 1972 Watergate break-in.

And a “Grand Conspiracy” DoJ investigation is brewing that may result in a Special Counsel investigation and a federal grand jury empanelment to snare all those who attempted to take Trump down before and after his election in 2016.

On 2 July, CIA Director John Ratcliffe released a comprehensive review of the CIA’s role in the “Russia collusion” investigation ahead of the 2016 election, and the political weaponization of both the CIA and FBI to fabricate a premise on which to investigate Trump. He declassified the 2020 House Intelligence Committee report, including the Appendix timeline which notes, “Acting on President Obama’s orders, [then CIA Director John] Brennan directed a ‘full review’ and publication of raw HUMINT (Human Intelligence) information that had been collected before the election.”

That is the direct link to Obama’s fingerprints on this conspiracy.

The conclusion of the CIA review provides a stunning indictment of those involved.

According to Ratcliffet: “[President Trump] has trusted me with helping to end weaponization of US intelligence. [This] report underscores that the 2016 IC Assessment was conducted through an atypical and corrupt process under the politically charged environments of former Dir. Brennan and former FBI Dir. Comey. All the world can now see the truth: Brennan, Clapper and Comey manipulated intelligence and silenced career professionals — all to get Trump. Thank you to the career CIA officers who conducted this review and exposed the facts.”

Page 5 of the CIA report regarding the Steele dossier, which was used to justify the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants and the investigation into Trump, notes: “Despite these objections, Brennan showed a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness. When confronted with specific flaws in the Dossier by the two mission center leaders — one with extensive operational experience and the other with a strong analytic background — he appeared more swayed by the Dossier’s general conformity with existing theories than by legitimate tradecraft concerns. Brennan ultimately formalized his position in writing, stating that ‘my bottom line is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report.’”

That means then-CIA Director John Brennan, with the complicity of former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, discarded the advice of career CIA officers who insisted he should not include the dossier in the formal ICA because it was unfounded — and likely tied to Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign against Trump. That contradicts Brennan’s closed-door testimony to Congress that he did not advocate for the inclusion of the spurious Steele dossier.

And that opens the perjury door — the first step in prosecuting Brennan, and potentially by extension, James Comey and Clinton. There is a five-year statute of limitations for most federal conspiracy charges, but any act in furtherance of the conspiracy restarts the clock. That would include perjury.

However, the 2024 SCOTUS decision in Trump v. United States, affirmed presidential immunity from prosecution for official acts, and that would likely preclude any successful prosecution of Barack Obama and Joe Biden. However, the DoJ criminal referral question as it pertains to Obama and Biden is, does orchestrating this conspiracy fall under “official acts”?

Asked if the presidential immunity ruling would protect Obama from prosecution, Trump responded: “It probably helps him a lot…but it doesn’t help the people around him at all. But it probably helps him a lot. He’s done criminal acts, there’s no question about it. But he has immunity…”

In Brennan’s testimony, he declared: “I was not involved in analyzing the dossier at all… And the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier. You can direct that to the FBI and to others.”

Oh, I suspect FBI Director Kash Patel will now be doing just that…

The Congressional report notes: “Brennan ultimately formalized his position in writing, stating that ‘my bottomline is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report.’”

But his 2023 congressional testimony contradicts that ‘bottomline’: “The CIA was very much opposed to having any reference or inclusion of the Steele dossier in the Intelligence Community Assessment. And so they sent over a copy of the dossier to say that this was going to be separate from the rest of that assessment.”

As one former CIA case officer noted, “My former boss — CIA Director John Brennan — should rot in prison.” Brennan does belongs in prison. And he can bunk with Comey, though that might fall under the “cruel and unusual punishment” statutes. I suggest that DoJ I put them in the jail cell formerly occupied by Epstein!

But this investigation may also reach many co-conspirators in the deep-state cabal under the direction of Brennan and Comey, and could open a floodgate of prosecutions.

For background on just how deep this conspiracy went, as Clinton’s house of cards was collapsing in 2020 after the conclusion of Robert Mueller’s investigation, I wrote in a column, “Indict Clinton’s FISA Collusion Conspiracy Collaborators,” this was, in effect, a deep-state coup d'état to take Trump down.

I noted that the colluders in this coup attempt were under the direction of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton and included a brazen cabal of operatives at the highest levels of the most powerful government agencies. These operatives included former CIA Director John Brennan, former FBI Director James Comey, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, former FBI Chief of Counterespionage Peter Strzok, FBI lawyer Kevin Clinesmith, and former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. All of whom colluded with then-House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-CA) in his repeated efforts to impeach President Trump.

Their fingerprints were all over the coup crime scene, starting with the FISA setup of LTG Michael Flynn (USA Ret.), Obama’s former director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (2012-2014). Director of National Intelligence Richard Grenell declassified and released the list of Obama operatives who “unmasked” Flynn, including Comey, Brennan, Obama’s then-Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, and, of course, Joe Biden, who previously declared, “I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn.” At the time, the Department of Justice filed a motion to dismiss its case against Flynn.

As for what Obama knew and when he knew it, political analyst David Harsanyi notes: “We have known for years that in July 2016, CIA Director John Brennan briefed Obama on how Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign had sought to "vilify” Trump by accusing him of collaborating with Russian President Vladimir Putin. We already know that despite having this information in hand, Obama withheld intelligence about Russia from the Trump transition team and ordered agencies to compile an assessment of the situation.“

Adam Schiff, with the help of his Leftmedia propagandists, spent every waking hour of Trump’s first two years in office advancing the fake collusion delusion, which was determined by Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller to be totally fabricated. As it turns out, the collusion lie was funded by then-Trump presidential opponent Hillary Clinton.

On 4 January 2017, two weeks before Trump’s inauguration, FBI investigators were going to close the Flynn case because there was no case. Within minutes of receiving that memo, Peter Strzok emailed the case agent: "Hey, if you haven’t closed [the Flynn case] don’t do so yet.” The agent replied: “What’s up?” Strzok answered, “7th floor involved.” The FBI’s top officials (Comey and McCabe) were located on the 7th floor of FBI headquarters. That was the Flynn setup, and it enabled the entire collusion delusion to cascade.

At the time, Trump scorched the deep-state operatives who entrapped Flynn in order to launch their fabricated investigation: “The Obama administration Justice Department was a disgrace and they got caught. They got caught. Very dishonest people. It’s treason. … What they’ve done is a disgrace and I hope a big price is going to be paid. A big price should be paid. There’s never been anything like this in the history of our country. … What the Obama administration did is unprecedented. It’s never happened. … They’re scum and I say it a lot, they’re scum; they’re human scum. This should never have happened in this country. … [Flynn] was a great warrior and he still is a great warrior. … What happened to him should never happen again.”

The fact is, Comey and Brennan should be indicted as co-conspirators based on clear evidence of their collusion, starting with the fake FISA warrants used to justify the Trump wiretaps in order to take down a U.S. president.

Evidence against Brennan has been referred to FBI Director Patel for consideration of prosecution. FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino says: “What I have learned in the course of our properly predicated and necessary investigations…has shocked me down to my core. We cannot run a Republic like this. I’ll never be the same after learning what I’ve learned.”

But after Special Counsel John Durham dropped his 306-page bombshell report in the lap of Biden’s hyper-partisan attorney general, Merrick Garland – a scathing indictment detailing how the Clinton campaign fabricated the setup, and how a lawless cadre of high-level deep state partisans within the FBI conspired against Trump, nobody went to jail.

Even the FBI’s Clinesmith, who was convicted for altering information in order to launch the fabricated “Crossfire Hurricane” FISA investigation, received probation rather than jail time.

No surprise that Brennan and Comey have avoided any prosecution (yet) given that they are the nation’s two most skilled black-bag bureaucrats in the art of using cutouts to short-circuit any direct prosecutable links to them.

Fact is, there is not much new in the Ratcliffe and Gabbard declassified document except, and it is a BIG EXCEPT, the information has now officially been referred to DoJ for criminal review, and this is not DoJ under Biden’s corrupt leadership.

But Ratcliffe says additional information that is going to be declassified in the John Durham annex will show “part of this was a Hillary Clinton plan, but part of it was an FBI plan to be an accelerant to that fake Steele dossier, to those fake Russia collusion claims by pouring oil on the fire, by amplifying the lie and burying the truth of what Hillary Clinton was up to.” He says that “much of” the testimony that Clinton, Comey, and Brennan provided to Durham or Congress “is, frankly, completely inconsistent with what our underlying intelligence…what that reflects.”

Responding to the latest assessments of the deep-state corruption, Trump said: “I think they’re very dishonest people. I think they’re crooked as hell. … I believe they are truly bad people and dishonest people.”

Brennan, who politicized the intelligence community and the national security process to target Trump, laughable declared: “I think this is unfortunately, a very sad and tragic example of the continued politicization of the intelligence community, of the national security process, and quite frankly, I’m really shocked that individuals are willing to sacrifice their reputations, their credibility, their decency to continue to do Donald Trump’s bidding on something that clearly is just politically based.”

Interesting choice of words, “continued politicization.”

Brennan then insisted: “Quite frankly, I don’t know what is true, you know. I testified in front of many, many congressional committees in the House and the Senate over the years, and I continue to explain exactly what we did during this process. Why we tried to make sure we stayed true to our intelligence responsibilities and that we were not going to do anything at all to try to interfere in that election. … I am clueless about what it is exactly that they may be investigating me for.”

To be clear, he is not “clueless.”

In his inimitable style, Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) offered this assessment of Brennan and Comey: “Neither one of them, in my opinion, should attempt more than six of the ten commandments. They are not very nice people, they are not ethical people. … I know people who have worked with them closely … those people will tell you that they’re about as popular as male pattern baldness. What’s scary about both of them is that they think that they are competent. They’re not. I would hire the guy who salts the fries at McDonald’s before I would hire them.”

Kennedy added: “They’re like so many in Washington … so arrogant. Those two have done more to destroy the American people’s confidence in the FBI and national intelligence than any two people I can think of.”

In retrospect, it is difficult to choose my favorite Trump line from the 2016 debates, but a contender, and perhaps the most prophetic, would be a five-word rebuttal to Clinton in their second matchup a month before the election.

In response to Trump saying, “If I win, I’m going to instruct the attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation because there’s never been so many lies, so much deception,” Clinton shot back, “It’s just awfully good that someone with the temperament of Donald Trump is not in charge of the law of our country.”

Trump stumped her with his best line of the night: “Because you’d be in jail.”

Well, Trump is back and that’s exactly where Clinton and all of her “Trump/Russia collusion co-conspirators” should be.

We will see if a “Grand Conspiracy” investigation emerges, but I regret to state the obvious: It may end up in the same file containing Epstein’s blackmail dossier.

That being said, after Hillary Clinton’s deep-state Russia collusion conspiracy collapsed in 2023, leaving her dependent on Brennan and Comey to cover her trail, I am certain that teams of lawyers for both Obama and Clinton will be loading up a lot of billable hours in the weeks ahead on the possibility that perjury charges against Brennan result in the collapse of the Brennan/Comey house of cards.

And how ironic that after Brennan fabricated the Russian disinformation lie against Trump just ahead of the 2016 election to help Clinton, he then fabricated another “Russian disinformation” lie regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop just ahead of the 2020 election to help the “Big Guy.”

As Thomas Baker, an FBI Special Agent for 33 years, concludes, “Whatever the outcome of the current criminal investigations of Comey and Brennan, they will stand convicted by history as reckless partisans.”

Distinguished legal scholar Jonathan Turley concludes: “The public is now learning about the real Russian conspiracy and its key players. It was the most infamous – and successful – political hit job in history. The same media that pushed the false claims are now, again, imposing a news blackout as they did with the Hunter Biden laptop. The problem is that the truth, like water, tends to find a way out. That trickle just turned into a flood for the architects of the Russian collusion hoax.”

It is not yet clear what Attorney General Pam Bondi is prepared to do with this report, but I am certain that is in the works.

Finally, keep an eye on this: AG Pam Bondi has released details Department of Justice details regarding Comey’s fixed investigative conclusions regarding Hillary Clinton’s deleted emails, a case study in DoJ double standards. The documents expose how Comey manipulated information to end the investigation. The duplicity and double standards were affirmed in a 2018 DoJ IG report, and while the media is suggesting Comey “botched the investigation” by not reviewing key evidence, that suggests the omissions were unintentional…
